I peered around Kale so I could catch a glimpse of the loners. I saw a young brute who seemed to be about my age. With him was an adorable pup. I didn't see an older fae with him so I wondered what happened to his mate. I thought about it further and he seemed too young to have a pup already. He was very handsome but I couldn't picture him with a mate so young. The little girl must be a lone pup he found or saved. She could possibly be a sibling as well.

He noticed a couple pair of eyes looking at them, he looked down to Kayla "it's ok" he said softly stood over her bravely "hello?" He questioned at the wolves

I looked up to Kale as if asking if I should wait for him to speak first. Instead of waiting any longer I decided to be friendly and I walked out of hiding and smiling kindly to Makko first before bowing low and saying hello to Kayla. "Sorry for being so suspicious. You have just crossed our border so we grew a bit cautious," I explained.

Kale eyed the loners, then his eyes flashed to Flower, wondering why she had stepped out and apologized for them coming into pack territory. His eyes glared to them again, his gaze locked on Makko and avoiding Kayla, even though she was a loner he didn't dare to scare or threaten her in the slightest, that's be just plain wrong. He had a bit of an issue with loners... Some were obnoxious and only wanted to cause trouble, while others were looking to join and were respectful about it. There was also a handful that went into the territories for a moment to steal food and move away, but that was mainly only when a loner was starving, beyond what it could handle. There was also quite a few who just avoided packs all together, and some who wandered in and made their decision of what to do when the time came.
His ear flicked, and he grunted. He flicked his tail, letting silence drift through before he said "What are you doing here?"

He smiled charmingly to flower "my sister Kayla and I were looking for a home" he said with a smile and bent low to show no harm to them.

I smiled at kale and flower "I'm Kayla and this is makko my brother" she said with her tail wagging fast.
