she sat by the lake, her mind had to be playing tricks on her they just had to! She let out a growl in frustration as she hit the water splashing her reflection away, causing ripples in the water. She let out a sigh and stood up and walked away, she wasn't going to go back to the camp untill Alcko clears everything up.

Kira snapped out of it and looked up at him. "Oh, I don't mind. I don't get to talk to very many other wolves these days, so I've been sleeping more and more." She said, her smile returning. Looking up at the bright, blue sky, little pink petals fell around them and landed everywhere around them. Giggling lightly, she nodded happily and knew it would be a long time before she got to see this again. It had been over 2 winters ago that she had seen the beautiful flowers fall from their homes to the ground and her eyes glazed over happily.

She had been born in the middle of the storm of petals and her mother got a sign from their ancestors that she was different. A small petal landed on her head and she was named after them; Bloom. After a year passed, she didn't grow so fond of her own name, so she decided to be called Kira from then on. Her mother had passed away soon after that and Kira couldn't stand her old name any longer.

Kira heard something by her and her eyes flew open, her eyes wide. Once she saw the smiling face of a friendly brute, a smile grew on her face and she relaxed. "Oh. Hello." She said, pulling her tail around her. She had been sleeping, but she didn't mind that he had waken her up. The dream was filled with nothing but darkness and was too boring to keep her company.

Carine saw the little pup she had been looking for and ran over, grabbing his scruff. "Wher'd you think your going?" She mumbled around his fur. "I wanted you to meet someone and spend some time with me."

Finch
He squirmed then stopped with a sigh... "Ok mama" he said "is this wolf nice?" He asked.
The little pup swayed as Carine carried him. (Sorry about the post on tablet)

I walked slightly behind him, letting him take the role of the protector. He always tried to protect me anyway but this time I was letting him. I always try to be big and act as if I don't need him but I do.

Carine smiled down at him and forced herself to not nod. "He's really nice. I figured he could teach you something about hunting." She said, hoping that her ears didn't grow too hot to notice. There was just something about Wolf that made her feel like butterflies where in her stomach and she was lighter than air.

Kira smiled at him and her tail tip twitched happily. "So, how long have you been in the pack? I don't think I ever saw you when I was wandering around." She said, trying to learn more about him.

Wolf lay in Carine's den, fast asleep. His energy was slowly building, stronger as he rested. His breathing was more steady than it had been moments before, his eyes were tightly and there was no chance of him opening them that moment. He wouldn't let the light come to him, his back faced the entrance of the den as hairs turned whitish-gold as the sunlight reflected off a few individual furs along the edge of his body. His coat ruffled, it would've been with twigs and leaves caught in his 'fur jacket', but due to the 'adventure' in the river, he was clean but felt terrible, though he had been through worse.

The brute cautiously crept forward, he chose to go unnoticed than to be bold and approach. He wanted to know what they were doing.... If maybe they were from a pack and their jobs were to watch over this one, so an attack could be made. If a twig snapped or they were scented, he would gladly approach and clearly be known.
Since he was trying to be much more gentle with loners, he decided it was worth a shot to try the silent approach. No matter how he tried his blood seemed to boil, it was just what irritated him. He knew he was a loner once, but honestly he'd rather guard the borders with all he could and keep them out, it was his job. Unless, of course, the loners were looking to join. If they weren't trouble, they'd be invited in, most likely. There was no reason to keep out someone whose harmless.
He directed his attention to the male and female, still out of sight. He wasn't ignoring the pretty fae behind him, but just focusing on his job more than Flower at the moment, he had to, or else the pack wouldn't be safe.

Flax lay guard by his brother, flicking his tail lightly as his head slowly moved, his eyes scanning outside the den, protecting his sibling to let him be safe and sleep well. He probably needed it more than him, who knows, maybe after some dreams came he could awake and remember everything he had forgotten. The brother hoped Kato would be fine.

Alcko grinned, "Oh, quite a while now." As he nodded his head, glad she had started a conversation and they easily avoided an awkward situation. He nodded as he spoke, letting a short pause drift through before adding "Been around long enough. You?" He laughed, letting his eyes sparkle with joy.

Kira thought about it for a second before replying, making sure she gave him the most accurate time span possible. "I think I got here towards the middle of winter. It's not been very long..." She said in reply.

Kira smiled and shifted her paw slightly. "I guess so. I'm Kira, by the way." She said happily. She hadn't even thought about introducing herself to him and felt like she was being a little rude because of it. Looking up at the brute, her green eyes sparkled and reflected everything around her.
