Isla ran up to the pups, licking them all and wagging her tail. Tyr raced over to his parents, jumping up and nipping at their ears happily. Bran licked their chins, and Nyx raced over to them.
'Come on guys, let's go back to the cave.' Isla said.

Lugo giggled more, bouncing around now his mum was going faster.

Cloverbud ran over to Scar and Ilsa. Rex is not going to be happy you are gone Ilsa you had better hide.

'Oh yeah. Rex knows where the cave is.' Isla said. She stopped wagging her tail. She could probably fight off Rex, her and Scar working together could beat him, but if he brought the East pack with him they would be at a disadvantage, and the pups were not yet old enough to protect or fend for themselves. 'What do you want to do, Scar?' Isla asked.

'listen you guys I know you want to fight off Rex but at the moment Scar is still injured and you are both weak. your pups will also not be safe. I have a suggestion. why don't you guys come back to west pack until you are strong enough to fight I will then help you guys out and I am sure the rest of west pack will as well. plus Rex does not know where to find west pack and will never expect you to be there." Cloverbud said voice full of worry they had lost their pup and got separated and injured they needed a break. "I will be glad to look after the pups as well in west pack and there are other pups there for them to play with."

'Ah, yes, Clicks little pups. How are those guys?' Isla asked, trying to avoid the question on them rejoining the west until Scar had spoken.

"Well I am sad to say I do not know that well I have not really been around." Cloverbud said sadly "I was first caught in that blizzard and then with all this I just have not been around however they seem to be doing wonderfully." "Oh and Ilsa I am not pressuring you to rejoin west I am just saying that you can stay there as long as you need." Cloverbud said.

'I know, I know.' Isla said. Bran huddled around his mothers leg, begining to shiver in the winters cold. 'The west pack is probably the best spot for us at the moment.' Isla said. 'And anyway, we need to get you guys back inside.' She said, nudging the pups with her nose. The west pack was closer, and it would do them good to rest up for a few days

she smiles and realizes that it was getting late. she sat down, forgetting that Rose and Lugo where on her back. 'Oops"! she says as they slide off her. She smiles and says to Click "I think that the pupp's should meet Isla and Scars pupp's, just so they can make some more friends. what do you think"? she asked with a smile

"Soooooo do you want to come or no cause it is getting late and very cold and the pups need a den...a safe one." Cloverbud said softly she did not want to pressure Ilsa but she wanted there family safe from Rex.
