Nightmare walked towards them, and pushed Ezra's claws off the pup, pulling her gently towards him and standing over it in a protective pose.

Ezra laughed. "Make me." She said, meeting his eyes daringly, a smirk tauntingly curving upon her muzzle. As the pup squirmed, Ezra fixed her eyes upon the pleading thing, staring impassionately at the ball of fur. "Hush up." Looking to Nightmare, her lips lifted to show her teeth, and she growled at Nightmare. "Get out of here." She said, stepping forward so her back foot was pinning the pup instead of the front. She shot a look to Kaise. Holding the pup was being a nuisance, and she felt like just killing it to have her paws free. Where was Aatu when you needed him? She growled, fixing her eyes on Nightmare, a cruel smirk upon her muzzle. When Night mare came over, Ezra reacted. Kicking the pup to the side to immobilise it so it would be winded, she bit Nghtmare harshly on the front leg. She was the alpha protector, a fighter strong enough to be tasked to protect the alpha. Almost the same caliber as a lead fighter. Only one difference.

When Nightmare kicked out at Ezra, she leapt back, biting his back paw as it hit her windpipe. She bit down harshly, immobilising him. When Oni grabbed the pup, she snarled, but did not let go.

Nightmare growled and ran after ONI, agreeing with every word he had said. He leaped away from Ezra before she did anything.

Kaise watch the scene unfold before she sprung towards Nightmare, grabbing him by the scruff slamming him head first into the ground snarling. "Don't. Touch. My . Pack members." she warned before she dugged her claws into his shoulders slowly ripping them out causing pain. Her eyes darted towards the pup she watch Oni grabbed it and run off. She snarled. Usually, Kaise didn't act like this and it was might when Jaxson attack that caused her change. She circled the brute, watching.
