Lakota giggles and chased after the older horse playfully

Shiloh
I whinny happily and dodge behind Shy with a smile. I slow down so Lakota has a chance to get me if she wants to.

Zorro
I flick my ears in Riva's direction and slowly walk over to her. "Riva, how come you're not with Decoy?" I ask slowly, cautiously.

Lokota sped up and tricpped at Shiloh's feel with a loud "ouf!" She touched her with her paw "tag." She said shyly

[beth.]

Riva shrugged looking at Zorrow a moment. "I'm Unwanted.. i may as well stay away... Maria said I can stay long as i want, i said, only to night then I'm leaving... Image is happy, Shy's more her mother than i Ever was... That thing there I want nothing to do with.... Hence his name is so cruel." SHe mumbled softly looking away... "I'm Not wanted So I won't stay hoping to be wanted" She told him. "No matter what they say to me... Decoy would rather I stayed dead..."

Maria watched quietly listening, but let Zorro talk or leave whatever he chose.

Zorro
I sigh softly. "Riva, I bet you are wanted. Sometimes us stallions, we just need time to get over things. We aren't always as intelligent or understanding as you mares are," I tell her with a small smile. I glance back at Maria to see if she had caught the compliment hidden in the statement. Then, I look back at Riva, my tail swishing at a few flies near my haunches.

[beth.]

Riva's eas drew back and she would have nipped him if Maria hadn't screeched at the top of her lungs, awakening the colt at her feet. Riva looked to Maria ears perked, she then turned around and trotted off towards a tree where she lay.

Maria glared coldly, settling as the mare left zorro alone. The white mare shook out her mane and nosed the paint colt at her feet reasuring him.

Zorro
I turn my head and pin my ears at my mate. "Maria! I am a stallion! Quite trying to protect me! If you knew anything at all, you would know that pretty much every stallion hates it!" I snort and paw the ground before trotting off to find my adopted daughter, who I knew to be somewhere around the ranch where the humans were. I shake my head and keep going, ignoring the feeling of regret in my gut. I shouldn't have yelled at my mate, but she should have known it would anger me! I ease into a lope and find Shiloh playing with Shy and Decoy's new filly Lakota. I smile and trot up to them, watching them play. The snow is beginning to get heavier, but they still play.

Shiloh I whinny dramatically and wait for the filly to get up before slowly going after her, letting her have fun with the chase. When I see my adopted Sire, I snort and look around, not spotting Maria. I trot up to him with a sly smile and touch my nose to his shoulder. "You're it!" I say, and spring away toward Lakota with a laugh. "He's it!" I tell the younger filly.

Lakota whined "no fair uncle!!! I fell!" She chased after him

Zorro
I smile and trot away and then dodge behind Shy and tag her. I laugh softly and bolt away with Lakota and my daughter. I watch Shiloh leave the game and go into the barn. I wonder why, but continue playing with Shy and Lakota.

Shiloh
I snort as I go into the barn and find Image and Decoy in separate stalls. I snort, a little annoyed, and hang my head over Image's closed stall door. "Hey, Image, come outside. Its snowing, you know," I say with a smile. I wanted to be friends with the other yearling, but I wasn't sure if she'd let me be her friend.

Decoy
I lift my head as I see Shiloh come in. I watch her as she gives me a look and then goes to Image's stall. I sigh and go back to my thoughts. I finally decided to go after Riva. I snorted as I stood. Nodding to Shiloh, I headed slowly out of the barn. I was surprised to see Zorro here and no Maria. But, I also knew how my sister could be sometimes, so I let it slide. I nickered to Shy and told her where I was going. Then, I headed toward where I knew Riva would be. With Maria. I eased into a lope and it didn't take super long to find them. I slowed to a walk and then stopped in between the mares. I let my gaze linger on the tiny colt under Maria.

Shy whinnies hurry back softly nipping her daughter playfully Lakota snucm up and tagged Zorro
