Image frowned and glanced back at shy. "Hang on" She whispered softly as they got to the edge of the barn.. to be honest, she saw shy as more as a mother than her real mother, and probaly always would. She trotted up to shy and nuzzled her lovingly "I love you" She nickered then turned and galloped back after her father and snorted gently staying right beside him.

Riva stood and moved away she swished her tail and made her way (the back way) up towards lori's grave. once there she looked at the head stone a moment and lay down beside the grave. "I'm sorry lori..." She cryed gently... Somehow she felt it was lori who made her come back to decoy... maybe she made the wrong choice... "Please... I know it was you.. whatever you did.... I'm not wanted anymore... Just take me back okay.. please...." She cryed again but nothing happened and an almost sudden 'No' rang in her mind. This made her get further angry and upset. "Please Lori! Decoy hates me... My foal see's Shy more of her mother than me... I'm nothing now..." She cryed softly.. the same word rang in he rmind 'No'.

Shy smiled softly she couldn't be angry at Image "I love you too." She said softly as Image ran off she groomed her foal hoping it would calm her down a bit

Decoy
I nuzzle Image softly and walk beside her. When we get to the steep part, I help her up it, even though I know she probably doesn't need it. Then, I pick up the pace a little. Trotting along a trail only I can really see(not really a trail but he memorized the way to Lori's grave without making a path), I let my surrounds calm my pounding heart. That is, until I hear a familiar voice. It's Riva's voice. I snort and nuzzle Image. "Please stay here for a moment. She wasn't supposed to be here when I brought you. Just wait here, okay, baby girl? I promise I'll be back soon," I step away after nuzzling her softly. I walk the remainder of the distance and stand at the top of the ravine, staring down at Riva. The very ravine that took Lori's life. I stay silent as I listen to Riva's words. I am not happy to find her here without me. I pin my ears as I start sliding down the ravine. No one comes to Lori's grave without me. This was my place and only those who I brought here could come. I snort to alert her of my pressence, but my ears stay pinned. She should have already known how I would react upon finding her here.

Riva ignored decoy's aggressive snorts. instead she stayed still staring at the grave. After a moment or two she stood. "I'm going back.." She murmured. "You might find it easier without me here" She told him and then turned around. "Maybe I'll die there... save you from being angry with me.. Hows it sound decoy?" she turned back. "Did you prefer me dead!? Would you prefer i wasn't standing here right now? would you prefer I had just died with those people and had never have come back... or not... Because somehow I believe you wish i was gone for good..." She hissed clearly annoyed, agitated and angry.... though she'd never had a go at decoy, he was being very unreasonable.. Turning away... "Take image and stay the H*ll away from me" She said holding back her tears as she limped off back to those yards where she used to be held captive.

Image waited until her father was down the ravine, and going against his will she followed to the ravine and looked down to her father.. why? she frowned.... she looked to her mother and almost died herself... however, she took it alot easier than her father.. "Why daddy!?" she growled at him.. "why can't you just be happy she's back!? Maybe mummy's right... maybe you were happier when she was gone" She cryed and stared down at him. She turned away and took off into the trees. A strange mares sent came into smell, it was very old, which meant the mare was gone. She looked at a funky house at the top of the tree and she then snorted shaking her head, it was katerina's old place, which meant that other mare scarlet was here, before she died that is. She went to a hollow tree and hid inside hoping her father wouldn't find her.

Decoy
I close my eyes and breath. Then, I follow her. "I love you Riva. I do. Its just been hard okay? I lost everything. Then, you showed up and gave me something to love. You and our daughter. Then, you leave again. Both of those times I lost you because of the humans. Then, you return and don't remember any of us. I was patient and finally you remembered, somehow. Then, you were gone again. Just like that," I walk -shaking- up to her and nudge her softly. "Riva, I would never, NEVER, wish you dead or gone. You should know that. You should also know the true reason why I reacted like that when I found you here. This is my safehaven. You of all else should know how protective I am of this sight. No one comes here without me. Not even Zach, Riva. This is my safehaven. I love you, but you have to stop leaving me. I can't lose you again, Riva. I won't live through it," I whisper the last part, frightened of what I would do if that truly happened again. I sigh and hope Image is nearby. I know the direction she went. Straight toward Katy's old place.

Riva lightly pinned her ears. "Decoy o know.... but lori is just as important to me as she is to you okay!" She snorted gently "and don't treat me like that! I don't care alright.... I came here before I went to you! I didn't believe lorie was gone.... I couldn't believe it... I didn't even believe it when I came here... when you told me, I almost shattered. Of course I didn't show it, but I felt dead myself... like there was nothing else to hold onto." She cryed. "Image isn't as tough as she looks... she could be out there being killed right now and your standing here trying to be kind to me, then you snap.." she snorted, "you make no sense decoy... but that is why I love you" she cryed gently and then glanced to where image had been "I'm going to get image.. felel free to joiin" she murmered quietly and limp likingly trotted towarda the ravine then up it and to find her daughter. She could never hate decoy, but somehow despite his words, she felt he hated her.

Decoy
I sigh. "come on, I know where she is. She went toward Katy's old place. I bet I know exactly where she is," I snort softly and nuzzle her as I lead her to a path. Then, a little ways down the path, I spot Image's beautiful coat coloring in a hollow tree. I smile and go up to her, nuzzling her rump. "Hey Baby girl. I love you, you know. And even if it doesn't seem like it, I love your mother, too," I sigh and step back and look at Riva, hoping she'd heard me say it.
