Decoy:
I snorted and attempted to kick the strange woman.
"Scarlette! " I whinnied. I nosed her and bared my teeth at both adult humans. I stood guard, not letting anyone near Katy or Scarlette. I nickered to Zach and nudged him when he came to me. I looked from all the other horses and back down to the girl kneeling by Scarlette's body. I nudged Katy softly and nickered before baring my teeth at Kona. I ignored Mason, for he had helped us, but I did not trust or even know the other human. I look sorrowful at all the other horses. I trust them, but not the human that tried to touch me. I stay away from her, and also keep everyone from coming up to Katy. I knew how Katy felt. I had lost my best friend, too.

Zach:
"Hey! Kona? Stay away from him! He could kill you if you scare him. He doesn't trust anyone but me, and maybe Katy. Just stay back, Okay? Easy Decoy. Hey, boy. Its okay, she's gone. Its okay, boy. She won't hurt anymore," I stroke Decoy's neck before kneeling next to Katy.
"Katy? Hey, its okay," I say softly, not knowing how to comfort her. I gently touch her shoulder, not knowing how she would react to me. I tried to comfort her.

Kona sighed at this and stepped back. "I just wanted to check him." Her eyes widened as Fire Maiden screamed in his face.

Fire Maiden charged at Decoy and screamed a challenge in his face. "Snap at my human again when she is trying to help you and you will be fighting me!"

Nasira moved next to Kona and nuzzled her lovingly. In turn Kona patted her.

Keoni sighed softly keeping out of it.

Mason gave Decoy a look that clearly said if he had bitten Kona he'd be staring into the barrel of Mason's gun.

Decoy:
I bared my teeth and whinnied angrily at the mare.
"I could easily beat you! Now go away! No human comes up to me without warning! And I don't need help from your idiot humans! I have my own!" I scream at the mare before looking down at Zach and Katy to see if they are okay.

Zach:
I glare at the Kona and Mason before putting a hand on Decoy. His shaking was back, but there was no way Mason or Kona was coming near him without him getting more hurt than he already was. He was in his defensive state. He would not allow any human near unless he trusted and knew them. The same state he was in when Lori died.
"Katy?" I still have my hand gently on her shoulder.

Decoy:
I feel myself shaking, but do not let anyone near Katy and Zach. I snort and glare at Kona and Mason, and the mare that was with Kona. I looked to Keoni, wondering if he could give an explanation of who Kona and her mare were.

[Ariana Black]

Fire Maiden snorted. "We'll see stallion. Your human can't do everything especially not in the medical field. I hope something gets you and you will need a vet. Kona won't be that vet atleast she won't be if I'm her means of transport."

Keoni sighed. "That is Kona, Mason's ex mate. She is a vet that takes care of horses and other animals but mainly she is a horse vet. That fiery beautiful creature defending her is Fire Maiden or Pyro. She helps transport Kona to places you can't get to by car. Kona won't hurt you. You aren't feeling well and she wants to help. Fire Maiden, however, is another story. As she just stated she thinks you should pretty much rot for snapping at her human. If it hadn't been for either of them Nasira would not be alive."

Nasira touched Fire Maiden's shoulder. "Please calm down Pyro."

Mason caught the glare and glared back. "That medicine you took kid won't help him forever. If you want another dead horse around here cause Kona couldn't help you go right ahead and not calm him down."

Zach:
"you don't get it. I can't calm him down. No one can. I can get near him, yes. But calming him down is another story. It is the same way he acted when my sister, his best friend and only trusted human being, died. Getting near him and keeping him calm are entirely two different things right now," I tell Mason with a flash of anger at having to speak of my sister's death in a bad way.

[beth.]

When zach placed his hand on katherine she turned around standing up "get away!" She screamed tears vovering her face she loked to the ground and bolted taking off back to the mountains where her home was. She got to the cliff near where decoys girl died and she stopped turning around she then turned back hands in her face. Taking her hands away she screamed loudly then fell back onto the cliff wall and slid her back down and sat with her arms to her knees and head between her arms looking toward her belly. She closed her eyes and cryed before standing she grabbed a hefty rock and walked to the edge of the cliff at the top and through the rock falling back she screamed in pain as her heart broke she layed on her back with her hands on her face. -------- maria looked to the girl who ran snorting when she felt emilees hand she looked to kona nickered softly and pinned her ears "guys cut it out, this is no time to argue" she snapped then felt emilee mount. ----- emilee jumped on maria bad memorys coming to life she kicked her mare into a canter home.

Nasira stepped towards Decoy.

Mason sighed and gave Decoy a look. "Good thing he's wild. He doesn't need a vet."

Kona shot him an evil look.

(no? Katherine is alive, she is on the cliff crying.)
