Shiloh nuzzled her mate and snorted. "I need you, Sorrow. I've seemed to adopt a little one who needs two parents, not just one. I'll return with her and you'll see she needs you, too," she lipped his mane and spun into a gallop, hearing a high whinny that must have belonged to the filly. She galloped long and hard, returning to find the filly not among the others. But the filly's scent was still there. It didn't take long to find the filly, as she was small and couldn't run as fast as Shiloh. "Little one, why did you run away? I only went to find my mate so he could help me care for you," she told the filly softly.

Decoy nickered to the filly gently, but she was already racing off. He then nickered an apology as Shiloh returned and raced after the filly. "Shiloh!" he whinnied. It wouldn't be good for her to be attempting to run full force while she was five months along.

Masquerade frowned "because..." She stuteredas she turned ro dace lakota then back to shiloh unsure now. Ahe frowned taking in the smel of blood and another hoese. "You.. Smell funny"

Shiloh smiled softly. "Come on, lovely. I have someone for you to meet," she said, nudging the filly along with her. The young mare led her adopted filly back to where Sorrow lay. "Sorrow, love, look who I brought," she nuzzled her injured mate and then motioned toward the filly at her side.

Decoy sighed and nuzzled her. He knew she was right. And what did he know? He wasn't a mare. But then his daughter ran after the filly and he whinnied again. "Lakota!" He bolted after her.

Sorrow pinned his ears "Shiloh i told you to stay away..." he muttered half heatedly not looking at either of them. he would not do it now, but if the mare wouldn't leave.. he would break her heart. He didn't want her being chased away by those stallion who did this to him. Their unborn foal if a colt would be killed and if a filly would be kept and brred once she hit the age of two. ears pinned he huffed briefly and shorted a glanced to the foal. He instantly recognized her. She was a beautiful bay like her mother had been. She was the daughter of the wild stallion Raven, who held truce with Decoy. Ears pinned he frowned "You need to take her back to Decoy. She is the sister of Scarlet. The daughter of Rose and Raven" He murmured. "She needs Decoy to protect her like he did with scarlet, he needs to protect you as well. Shiloh please go back" he briefly spoke and then placed his headback onto the ground.

Shiloh snorted and nuzzled her mate, tears streaming down her face. "Sorrow, I can protect myself and our foal. Just please, get up and come home with me. I'll take her to Decoy and tell him about her, but I need you by my side. I love you," she nickered falling to her knees and laying beside him. She nickered to the filly softly. "Can you find your way back, little one? I need you to get Decoy to come help, love. Can you find him for me?" She asked the filly, lifting her neck to nuzzle her. She refused to lose her mate and she knew Decoy would help.

Sorrow pinned his ears at his mate but did not protest. Shiloh was as stubborn as a mule and there was no winning with her. He looked to the filly who shakily and nervously walked along. However after a bit he coild see the same bravery that was in her mother wfore she died.

Masqueeade frowbed unire and turned back and walked along breakibf a trr then finnaly a woosh oxf bravery hither andahe let out abuck and cantered along back to decoy. Still unable to speak propeely she simply grabbe decoystsil and slid on the wer groundasthestallion caneres after lakora sending ruffles of giggles theough thefilly but she dis not let go.

Decoy looked at the filly tugging her tail and then at the way she came. No one followed. "I'll be back. Something isn't right," he snorted and took off. He whinnied and slid to a stop as he saw them. Sorrow lay with Shiloh kneeling beside him. He snorted and cantered over, slowling down and lowering his head. "What's wrong?" He asked, but he already knew. He could see Sorrow's injuries and he knew there were bachelor stallions around. His ears flattened and he nudged Shiloh. "Go. I'll help him. I promise," he nudged at her again and bared his teeth. After a lot of pushing, Shiloh left. Decoy looked at Sorrow and nudged him. "Come on. Time to get up. I'll help you," he snorted and tugged the young stallion's mane.

Shiloh pinned her ears and bit Decoy. But in the end, she went back to the others. She sighed and nuzzled the filly and glanced at the others. She kept her ears and eyes on the way she had come though. She worried about Sorrow and was still angry at Decoy for making her leave. Though, she did need to care for the little one at her side. She would tell Decoy about her if Sorrow didn't beat her to it.
