Zach stepped back in alarm. He watched her try to load Shy into the trailer and shook his head slowly. The mare was wild. She should stay that way. He doubted a vet would set her free after that. He hugged Xander to his chest as he headed back into the house. He didn't understand how she could be done with horses. His heart went out to poor Shiloh.

Shiloh's ears flew back and stood stock still for a moment. Katy wanted nothing to do with her? The young mare watched Katy for only a few moments before backing away and turning out of the barn. Head low, she avoided the big truck and trailer and pinned her ears at Katy's dad. She went towards the house and let her legs fold beneath her as she watched everyone else. But her eyes always went back to Katy. Why did she all the sudden not like her? Shiloh sighed and tried to distract herself.

Decoy snorted and half reared, his ears flat against his head. He bolted to Shy's side and bared his teeth. "I know she has. This isn't like her," he nickered softly. He bared his teeth at Katy and her dad, standing guard in front of Shy so they couldn't get her into the trailer. When he saw poor Shiloh by the house, he took Katy's sleeve and attempted to spin her to face th poor mare. Decoy pinned his ears and nuzzled Shy. "You can lean on me if you need to, love," he said softly.

Zorro heard the human's words and saw what it did to Shiloh. He snorted and went toward Katy with his ears back. But he stopped as the girl led Shy from the barn. He would get to her after this, for he didn't want to hurt Shy.

Miricle whinnied and pranced around Flame in a circle before bolting off and coming racing back. She slid to a stop and shook out her coat, waiting.

Shy felt terrible for Shiloh the poor filly she wasn't as much a filly anymore but she was younger than Shy, the pregnant mare leaned on Decoy gently afraid she pulled back watching the two humans that were scaring her. She pinned her ears back her heart raced terrified and her muscles quivered .

Decoy Nuzzled Shy gently and lifted his head when he heard the door on the house. It was Zach. He was making his way toward them with the baby still in his arms.

Zach heard the commotion outside and headed back out there, wondering what on earth was going on. He held Xander tightly to his chest and headed for the action. He sighed and slowly made his way toward Decoy and Shy. He gently set his hand on Shy's neck and held Xander with the other. He sighed. "Katy, look at her. You aren't going to be able to get her into the trailer. Plus, I think you have another problem to see to as well," he said, motioning to Shiloh. The poor mare was still laying by the house, far away from the action. He stroked Shy's neck gently and waited to see what Katy would do.

Decoy snorted and sniffed the infant, gently nudging him with his nose. He snorts softly and stands still so Shy can continue to lean on him.

Shy nuzzled Decoy shyly (LOL) she nudged Zach's hand happy to see him as she looked to Katy nervously

Articmoon came across a river she did not know where she was but she did not care she wanted to jump it but she remembered what happens last time and walked along it

Katy had a small anger issue, and when she snapped she said things she didn't really mean, nor did she care, she also tended to pass out after and forget what she'd done. She swore briefly and shoved decoy away when he grabbed her shirt "Decoy p*ss off or do you want your mare to die!" She snapped "shy don't be a pain, If you don't get in the float your going to die" She took one glance at Shiloh but left it, for now she had to get shy on the float. Looking back at Zach as he spoke she shoo her head "for F... sake Zach... I'll deal with her later... If she doesn't get in, she will die... she's not eating she's not doing anything.. She muttered and glared at decoy, a stern cold glare but turned back when maria came in, frowning she left it alone and continued to pull Shy's lead. Katy soon gave up "if your not going to go on the float then what ever.. suit yourself" she snapped making her way down the barn and pulling out one of her dads quarter horses who was semi-retired but still fit she saddled him up and mounted kicking him into a canter she headed him right out of the valley, not going any where in particualr, just somewhere where she could scream and curse without anyone hearing. She knew she hurt Shiloh, she felt bad, she hadn't had enough of horses, but having a child took up too much time, and she didn't have enough time for horses, but she wasn't going to be the stay at home mum. so she simply decided no horses anymore.

Maria watched Shiloh ears pinned she went into the stables giving Katy a wake up call bte, it didn't do much but she then turned to decoy and shy, ears pinned she nipped her brother hoving her self between the two turning her rump to Decoy so if he persisted she wouldn't hesitate to kick him. "She may be angry right now Shy, but she's right... she only wants to take you to a vet who knows wha tthey are doing..." she murmured softly ears pinned at Decoy. "Well done both of you... Shy, if she was going to hurt you she would have brought the gun out..." she muttered then wallked out and trotted up to Shiloh seeing smply no point in persisting she stood by Shiloh watching Fantasy come over and rear over her sisters back lipping her mane smiling maria nuzzled shiloh. "She didn't mean what she said honey"

Fantasy whinnied nipping shioh's mane.

Zach sighed and shook his head. He in lipped the rope from Shy's halter and stroked her with his free hand. "Okay girl. Let's go. I promise to help Decoy take care of Lakota while your gone. It won't be too long. If I have to I'll bring Decoy and Lakota to you if they won't let you come home for a while," he stroked the mare and tried to coax her into the trailer. "It's alright, Decoy. She'll be okay," Zach comforted his horse and continued to try to get Shy into the trailer. He sighed when Xander started crying. He bounced himself a bit and Xander's blue eyes opened. Zach smiled and then went back to talking to Shy, trying to comfort her.

Decoy snorted and pinned his ears at his sister, glad when she left to see to Shiloh. He nuzzles Shy softly and takes a step forward, hoping she'd go with him. He nudges her gently to get her to move forward with him.

Shiloh pinned her ears at her mother. "Go away! You don't know that! Just leave me alone, Maria!" She stood sharply, using her adoptive dam's name instead of calling her mum. She snorts and bares her teeth before bolting in the direction of where Katy went. She wanted to see why the girl was acting so mean. And she wanted to be left alone by Maria. Shiloh had grown to deeply dislike the way Maria treated others especially Decoy, no matter the reasoning for it.

Shy flinched. "Riva she's being different! I'm sorry If I get nervous and afraid that's she's not the same!" She whinnied defending herself as she towards the trailer afraid she followed Zach. The lead pulled her in the trailer she skittered nervously once inside afraid not knowing where she was going

Riva stretched forwards giving zach a nip, simply cause she hated him and she wanted him to just step back, she then nuzzled Shy "shy honey, She's stressed out is all, She has a child a boyfriend, and it's just like you, your stressed out with lakota the unborn foal, Decoy's stressing over you because he's worried, Maria's stressed out over watching the foals. The only ones not stressed, are the foals" she smiled lipping her softly but not going closer. Huffing once the mare was inside she stepped away looking at decoy before snorting softly "Your son wants you" she murmured softly and turned away making her way back towards Zorro and the two fillies nad her colt.

Maria stood there for a while, it saddened her to hear what the mare said, but she didn't follow the filly, instead she simply stood there quietly.

Katy had had her fit and was now sitting on the grass holding one of the split reins which held the horse there as he grazed she had been crying as her eyes were red and her cheeks red bright and her eyes were bright. She stared out to no where.
