Shock watched Fox leave, again with sad eyes. He knew he had to let her go, she was better off with Bradley than she would be with him. He forced himself not to move and run after her. he looked down sadly then looked back up at Keno and Wolf through hard, narrowed eyes. "Leave." he growled and turned to walk back inside.

Keno tilted her head confused then looked at Shock when she heard him. She stepped forward "Look, i don't know whats gotten your fur ruffled but you need to get your head straight. You could have killed a man and you don't even care! What are you going to kill next, us?" she exclaimed angrily.

Wolf growled and narrowed her eyes."If you cared about Fox you would listen to what I'm going to tell you!!"She shouted loudly as she nudged the door open and stood behind him,fur ruffled.She stood tall and lowered her voice."Look."She started,growling the word."I don't care who you are.I just want to tell you something."Wolf snorted and looked at the puppy on the floor.That's why he was being protective..Wolf sighed and looked at Shock with somewhat softened eyes."Your scaring her away.I may not know her..or you..or any of you for that matter.What I do know is that you are scaring her away.We brought her to you..because we wanted to cheer you both up..She was excited to come in see you."Wolf said,ears flicking."Until now."She added.Wolf wasn't trying to be mean.She was only putting it how it was.

Kira sighed and stalked through the grass.She probably couldn't catch a bird..now that she thought of it.

Shock stepped infront of the pup and sighed almost glad that someone was standing up to him and telling him they cared and Fox cared. But he shook his head. "Fox is better off without me. She'll be safer with her human rather than roaming around the streets with me. And it pains and kills me to say that and the only reason why i can is because.. I love her. I'm no good for a beautiful fea like Fox and will never be. She needs someone that can protect her and feed her. I could protect her, but only so much. I can't protect her from the rain, from disease, but humans can. And i could find her some scraps from dumpsters and maybe a rabbit every so often if we stayed out of the city but she deserves so much more than that what i have to offer her." he explained to Wolf sadly and looked down at the pup with a sigh.

Keno turned to see if she could still see Fox or if she had already left.

Wolf listened to Shock and sat down."Shock.."She mumbled quietly.It was obvious that Shock cared about Fox a lot..and he only wanted what was best for her.At the moment Wolf wasn't sure what to say."Shock..why..why don't you give Fox's human a chance..?Spend one night..just one.I'm sure it would mean the world to Fox..if not then even more."Wolf said softly.She wasn't forcing him nor was she pushing him into anything.

Fox had already made her way out of the building.She lowered her head and sighed once she was in the alley way.Most of the dogs that Shock has set free had already fled.A few lingered,however.Fox narrowed her eyes at the man that was being helped into an ambulance.She glanced around and watched the van of a dogcatcher from the corner of her eye.Fox,not wanting to get caught,bolted back to the outskirts of the city where her new family was.

Shock sighed "I would but i don't want to ruin her chances of having a happy home. If i snap and bite him then he'd kick me out and he might kick her out too.." he sighed then thought for a moment. "But, i guess i could atleast try." he told Wolf

Keno walked over to Shock and Wolf "We'll have to move quick, Fox has already left." she told them then looked at the pup. "Are you taking her too?" she asked Shock.

Wolf nodded,happy to hear that he would try.She sighed with relief and stood,satisfied for now that she had somewhat convinced him to make an effort.Wolf glanced back at Keno and nodded."We..have to take the pup..we can't leave her here or someone is going to.."Wolf glanced around the place,narrowing her eyes at the cages.She didn't finish her sentence."Let's get a move on..and quickly.I..don't like this place.."Wolf muttered quietly.

Fox stopped by the park to lap up some water from the small pond that was there.She flicked her ears and studied the people in the park.Some was on their phones..other were running around.She spotted a baby sitting by a tree,not too far from where she was standing.The baby was gurgling happily as it played around with it's toys.Fox smiled to herself and padded over slowly.She looked down at the child and nudged him softly.Fox lifted her head and glanced around,spotting a group of people close to the tree.Maybe one of them was the baby's mother.Fox shook her coat before nudging the baby again.The baby tugged at her ears but Fox paid no mind.Once the baby had focused on something else Fox started moving again.

Shock looked at Keno "Of course i'm bringing the pup." he told her with a slight growl and nodded to Wolf "I grew up here, and believe me, you have good reason to not like it." he told her before picking up the pup carefully by the scruff and heading back into the ally. "Which way did she go?" he mumbled to Keno through the side of his mouth.

Keno quickly headed down the ally "She went this way." she called over her shoulder.

Wolf followed Shock.She was eager to get out of the place.Once they were in the alleyway and glanced around.She scented the air and followed behind Keno with a quickened pace.

Fox headed towards the woods,quickly passing in between two people who were playing a game of frisbee.She flicked her ears when the disc landed on the ground a few feet away from her.Fox ignored it and hurried into the woods.She began to run once she was a few feet in.
