Ladies and gentlemen, let the first animal Hunger Games begin! Twenty-four tributes of twelve different species fight to the death only one will survive. The species of the victor will be rewarded of course. They will receive an improvement to their habitat, increase in size,prey or whatever else they might need. Their habitat yes the animals are no longer truly wild- the human races increase in population increased their needs of living space. They reserved special areas for nature so that the animals could be saved from extinction but many died due to the lack of space. The humans could not come to an agreement among themselves which species they should try to help so they decided to let the animals fight it out amongst themselves. Each year twelve randomly chosen species one male and one female from each species are sent to an arena to fight. Only one thing is important here: stay alive.

Rules
1. Don't join and never come back, one week of absence without telling me and your character will be killed.
2.Up to two characters per person and don't take two of the same species
3.Only natural wild species so no mythical creatures like unicorns and no tame animals like dogs
4. I expect at least 5 lines of proper grammar in each of your posts!!
5.Be fair in fights don't powerplay or god mod!
6.Yes of course the animals must fight but don't overdo the violence!

Fighting Rules
In a fight each animal will begin with 100 health. I will judge how much health to remove after each attack(if one of my characters is fighting I will get someone else to judge). Health will be removed according the the strength of the attack, how good the defense was,the condition of the animals(an animal wounded in a previous fight will obviously be at a disadvantage) and the species of the animals. When an animal reaches 0 health it will die.

Gender: Female/Fae/She-wolf
Species: Wolf
Personality: Astra is a serial liar- but hardly anyone knows. She speaks so fluidly and is so effortlessly charming, she has developed an amazing way of getting whatever she wants. She can do all of this because she is very intelligent for a wolf. Usually her brains are obvious in the form of wit, she is always the first to remark. However her persuasiveness is another feature of her brainpower, as she can instantly work out what another is feeling and therefore how she should act around them to get what she wants. She may not be the largest or meanest of the Snow pack wolves, but she can still be dangerous. Beneath that cool exterior her brain is working full time.

Though Astra is intelligent and very deceptive she is still a young wolf, she can make mistakes due to her inexperience. She is obstinate and stubborn, as well as proud. If she makes a mistake she is slow to admit it. She is a wolf who regrets her mistakes. She often thinks back to things she does wishing she could change them. She is very harsh on herself. Despite her usual calm manner she is a wolf to bear grudges, yes she will only bear them for the right reasons- small things won't cause her to. If there is a wolf she dislikes she will let them know but she will never be obvious about it. Not one malicious word will leave her lips, her feels her expressed through her actions and not her words.
Astra is a very determined wolf. If she has her mind set on a goal she will work hard until she achieves it. She doesn't give up easily, she will keep trying with what she's doing until she succeeds or her frustration builds up enough to make her stop.
Astra is definitely not a wolf who enjoys socializing all too much. She keeps to herself, she isn't one to start conversations. If a someone does go and start a conversation with her she will act friendly but will do her best to keep the conversation brief. The only time you see her talking from her own accord is to give an occasional smart comment. She is a wolf who prefer to be doing something rather than wasting time talking about how to do it. This is why you often see her up early trying to hunt on her own while the other wolves are still only waking up or discussing where they should go to hunt.
Astra isn't all too nervous about the games, she is confident that she will with her intelligence be able to outwit the other participants. She isn't a large animal so in a fight her advantage is her agility which makes it easier for her to dodge blows and of course being a carnivore she has sharp teeth and claws as well as experience killing prey.

Looks: Astra is not a large wolf, she is slightly smaller than your average wolf. Her eyes are a soft amber colour. The colour may look warm and welcoming but that contrasts sharply with the cold glassy look with which she usually looks out on the world with. Her mouth is like every wolfs full of sharp gleaming white teeth, the only difference with Astra is that her front left tooth is missing a small chunk. She claims to have lost it while hunting. Apart from her teeth there is only one other white part on her body. The small area on her chest between her two front legs. This pure white patch is bordered by blackness. Astra's entire body is pure black save that one little white patch. The fur on her body is thick and soft looking, her underbelly being the place where there is the most fur. Her legs are of course where it is at it's thinnest, the small amount of fur here allows for anyone who looks carefully enough to notice a series of scars on her right back leg- not one scar on any of the other legs just the right back one. Long sharp claws garnish each of her paws except for that one right back one where for some reason the claws are blunt in comparison to the rest.
