Brown eyes opened suddenly in the darkness of the den, and slowly as black figure shifted in the nest to sit up. The wolf's jaws parted as he yawned with tiredness, blinking his browns eyes a few times to adjust to the darkness. The black male's head turned to peer through the lichen that covered the entrance of the den, a small amount of sunlight reached through the lichen and into his den. Kage drew his pink tongue around his muzzle as he sat silent, his left ear flicked to the side as he listened to the faint sound of chirping birds. The black wolf rose to his paws and stretched, giving each leg a quick shake in an attempt to get rid of the tension that his muscle held. Kage swiftly turned around and padded to the den entrance, pausing for a short moment to yawn once again. His sharp fangs glinting in the sunlight as his jaws widened as he yawned, the male closed his mouth and quickly shook himself; getting rid of the dirt or moss that had gotten caught in his black fur during his sleep.

Kage padded through the lichen, and emerged his den; the morning sun greeted him instantly and a small smile crept up onto his muzzle as he let out a sigh. "Good morning." He mumbled to himself, turning his head to look at the beta and delta den, neither of them seemed awake just yet. Kage was proud of the beta and delta males, they were both loyal wolves and he was glad that they were here to help lead the pack whenever he was absent. The black male pulled his gaze away from there dens and padded forward till he stood at he edge of the ledge where he made announcements, his tail held high in the air showing his dominance as he looked around the camp. As usual he was one of the first wolves to awake, he had always been an early riser. It was now part of his nature, he always felt the need to be up first so he can know what's happening.

my eyes suddenly shoot open, and there were colours all around me for a few sconds before everything going black. the faint sunlight from the trees painted the walls of my den. i yawn, my perl white teeth showing in the sunlight. i was laying on my back, then i scramble onto my tummy. i chuckle slightly then rise to my paws. i see the other hunters all sleeping. i smile to myself before rising to my paws. i desided not to shake out my fur in the den, since i could wake the others up.

i walk out of the den, then the first thing i saw was kage, our pack leader, up on his little ledge. i wave my tail lightly before walking forward and shaking out my pelt, getting rid of the dust particels in my fur from laying on my back the hole night through.

The den was found at the edge of the rest of the pack's den, it was hard to see in to it and was very hard to find if you didnt know where to look and so far that had proven correct as no 'pests' had entered, the den was slightly underground and fairly deep. Anackey was laying on her side with her head looking up and out towards the entrance of the den she was laying on decaying or dead leaves, she was so far un-bothered by another wolf today which had given her time to think about the past and what was happening now and she came to the decision that in the next week or so they should probably go back to the main den of the pack and not the specilised nursery den, which was where she was now. The pups where now strong enough and growing so fast, of course Anackey would consult with the Delta or Beta to make sure they agreed. Anackey lifted her head slightly at the feel that one of her pups had stopped suckling, most likely it would be Aiyana and soon enough Eiyota would follow.
She yawned slightly and lifted her head fully up looking at her two pups, as usuall Aiyana was sniffing around the den although it was narrow it was also fairly long, she concentrated on the ground and leaves sniffing and turning up everything even though there was almost definatly nothing there. Anackey slightly nudged Eiyota away as she turned round on to her belly and getting her feet underneath her, it was not tall enough in there to stand up fully, giving a deep sigh to catch the attention of her pups so they could see their mother was moving out of the den.

As soon as she came a meter or so away from the entrance there was a blinding white as the sun of the morning hit her after being in that dark den for so long, after a few seconds it was normall and the outside was back in focus. Anackey stopped for a second and signalled her pups to saftey back a bit so she could make sure there was no 'pests' around. Anackey crawled out slowly and stopped when her head was just out, she saw nothing in front of her and she heard nothing wrong, continuing out till she was far enough to turn and look all the way around there was a small doe a few meters away, she woundered if she could herd it toward the pack so it may give a hunter more of a chance of a catch, she crawled forward and used the long grass as cover she crept round then pounced out growling. It spooked and round towards the herd, Anackey watched till it was out of sight then looked back at the den entrance "Come on" she called to her pups in the den.

Dakota's light brown eyes blink open as she is roused from her deep slumber, the lead scout raised her head off her outstretched paws and looked around the scout den. For the first time in many months, there wasn't enough scouts, so that meant the remaining scouts had to do more work which left them all exhausted. The white female swiftly rose to her paws and gave herself a quick shake. Dakota padded out of the den entrance and immediately glanced up to the ledge, her brother already stood awake and watching over the pack. Dakota's gaze met Kage's and the two siblings stared at each other, but it was Dakota that pulled her gaze away first. The white female looked around camp, her gaze resting on Chase who had also woken early and had emerged from the hunters den.

"Good morning Chase!" She called from across camp, she quickly trotted away across the camp to stand before Chase. Her light brown eyes gleamed, and her tail wagged behind her. Once again, this wolf was in her cheerful mood. Dakota smiled at the lead hunter, "how are you doing this fine morning?" She now asked, her smile being replaced with a grin as she awaited the males answer.

i turn my head to see dakota coming towards me, then stopping infront of me. her face was lit with happiness. i smile at her, then she asked me how i was. i flicker my ears for a moment before replying. "im quite good, i slept very well" i say in reply to dakoa's question. "and what about you dakota? how are you?" i ask the fae. then i shift aeay from the entrance of the hunters den and sit down before it, so when thee other hunters woke, they could get out without my but being there.

Anackey watched as the two pups crawled out, Aiyana leading of course, the pupquickly dropped her head to the floor sniffing for anything and not watching where she was going at all "Aiyana..." she said getting the pup to stop the stupid tracking or whatever she thought she was doing. Sighing Anackey carried on and walked through the trees the fae hung her head low as she walked towards the rest of packs dens, lifting her head slightly at the sound of two other wolves. One she stopped she looked up and saw the lead's of hunters and scout's, anackey looked down to Aiyana who move towards them but back down to eiyota who stood by her back leg watching her sister.
Even though Eiyota was bigger and slightly stronger he never was like Aiyana who made it clear she wanted to be the best of the best no matter if that wasnt possible, eiyota hardly ever talked anymore a little like his mother.

Dakota blinked his light brown eyes as she listened to Chase answer her simple question, "That's good." She said, referring to how he slept well. Dakota sat down in front of Chase as the male returned the question, she shrugged as if it weren't very important. "I'm good, but I didn't sleep as well as you did though." She answered his question and looked around camp once again, seeing Anackey emerge from the nursery with her two pups. Dakota watched the three for a few moments before looking back at Chase. "Us scouts are being pushed harder, because there aren't a lot of us. So most of us are scent on longer patrols, which leave us exhausted." She explained quickly to Chase.

i hear dakota's explaining how the scouts are getting pushed. "well, maybe, if kage approves, i can get my hunters to help you with border patrols" i say with a light smile. i would do anything to help my pack-mates. then i see silver come from the warrior den and smile again, waving my tail at her. i see her wave her tail back in reply to my gretting.

Sherbet felt the warmth of the sun on her white pelt long before she awoke. Due to the cold of her den, the dappled sunlight was a wonderful morning present. The fae let her eyelids flutter open to reveal hazel orbs beneath them. She pulled herself to her paws, a yawn tugging at her lips. She shook out her pelt, before letting her eyes trail to the outside word. Due to the openness of the den, Sherbet had quite a good view of the pack. She watched as the alpha moved from his den and several others began to awake. Slowly, the she-wolf exited the den, the brightness of the sun causing her to close her eyes for a moment. When they opened again, she was thoroughly awake. Her face set in a line, with only the slightest hint of a smirk at her lips. Her hazel eyes raked over everyone, before she went to join Dakota and Chase, two of the leads, sending amused glances towards the pups of Anackey. "Good morning." She said, with a nod in greeting to the two of them.

A yawn filtered through the beta's lips as he stood. He was dimly aware that it was morning, though his mind wasn't exactly registering it as of yet. Silently, Konan padded out into the camp, blinking to awaken himself. When he finally was awake, he glanced around, as if finally realising that the rest of the pack were awake. He spotted his sister, Sherbet, with Dakota and Chase. With a shrug, he smiled softly as Anackey had entered pack camp with her pups. He turned his gaze away from them to spot Kage. He grinned, going to join his alpha. "Morning, Kage." He said with a smile. "Sleep well?" Kage was always the first up, so it was no surprise to find him wide awake and watching the camp.

The curious pup, sniffed the ground as she saw out of the corner of her eye her mother stopping. Aiyana carryied on regardless, and soon found herself between the back legs of the beta, lifting her head slowly she sid backwards and out from his legs, the pup contiunued still with her nose stuck against the ground sniffing aroun the goup or wolves talking. The pup weaved through most of their legs, she was only a ich of most of the stomachs but still she did not bother to look up. Suddenly she stopped and looked up seeing a track, it looked like a wolfs but smaller and slightly differant. Ayaine looked at it or a secound then followed it a few steps, looking up again she saw a flash of orange and white, curiously woundering if it was a pup she howled at it there was a head that popped up, a foxes then it ran away.

The fae nodded to them but most walked traight past her, she hadn't really talked to any of them since what happened with her mate. But suddenly she looked up and stepped closer as Konan emerged and she remebered she needed to talk with him anout moving away from the nursery den. Ignoring Aiyana slightly she walked up to him "Konan." she said quietly trying to get his attention. Eiyota stood by her legs looking up at them then around at the others, he looked down to the floor shyly.
