Malika silently padded through the tall grass of the Savannah the relentless Sun beating down across her back as she walked. Her brother wasn't far behind panting like a hyena from his mane adding extra heat to his already toasted body. She rolled her eyes as he began making a habit of it this was on of the many days she had been blessed with a white pelt the sun merely reflected of her fur only causing minimal heat to what Kyan was suffering through' they were on the way towards the watering whole to get a much needed drink and maybe a dip in the water although it was odd for lions to like water she sometimes enjoyed splashing around in the cool water but what eelse wasn't already odd about her? " We're almost there Kyan you can calm down back there" she said rolling her hazel eyes with a grin after he let out an exasperated sigh.

Kyan~

Kyan couldn't help but smile when Malika called back to him that they were almost to the watering hole. He knew it was odd that a lioness was leading him a large male around but she had saved his life and he didn't think biasing her around would help return the favor. He raised his head shaking out his mane he sighed with relief as wind toddler his fair cooling his face a bit before the sun was back upon him. He lowered his head once more watching his paws drag across the dirt.

Leto moved through the plains, the long yellow grass brushing against his shoulders as he strolled along. The large white male had taken to moving when it was still quite early, so he was less likely to be stopped by other lions. Gray clouds hung above him, - the same color as his eyes - covering the blue sky and threatening to break open in the first storm of fall. He let out a low rumble as he moved, warning any nearby lions away but calling to the lionesses. He wasn't looking to start a pride necessarily, he just wanted some company that wouldn't lead to a fight.

(Lol my cat is howling outside at first I thought it was a bear or something and nearly screamed oh and yes I think he'll start one I reply what lioness to reserve in the next post)

Malika~

Malika couldn't help but smile as her paw sank onto the muddy ground around the watering hole she looked over her shoulder to Kyan who was lifting his paw and shaking mud of with a disgusted look. " oh calm down you big baby it's just dirt... just wet" she said purposely lifting one of her paws and flicking some mud from her pad towards him which landed in his mane. She laughed a little before turning away and before he could realize what she had done She continued toward the water the nearby trees offering some shade that she greatly accepted but before she could lay in the shade she needed to quench her thirst.

Kyan~

He rolled his eyes at Malikas explanation what mud was he knew what it was but would never get used to the squishy feeling of it between his toes like she had. He sighed in relief and trotted carefully to stand beside her to drink. He stood a bit in the water but only to stretch his neck out towards the cleaner water. He was careful to watch for any movement in the water just incase an alligator wanted to try and snap its jaws at him.

History;

her family was taken over by two males, they ran off her father and without thinking ran after him. She never came back and roamed the lands looking for her dad.

Rayure laid under a large baobab tree, his thick front legs stretched out before him. The male had been walking all night and was resting now. His thick mane hung around him, threatening to make him overheat if he moved too much. His bright eyes were closed, his head laying between his front legs and his hind legs tucked close to his side. He had finally gotten away from that little pride he had accidentally stumbled upon. He was slightly sore from the scrap him and the pride male had gotten into, but he had been able to justify himself and get away before it got bloody.

Malika~

Malian lapped at the water her pink tongue darting out of her mouth and quickly lapping up the cool water she closed her eye as the coolness of the water rushed over her she didn't bother to watch the water she knew Kyan would be looking after her as they drank. Once she had drank enough it seemed she would be bursting at the seams she turned to Kyan " I'm going to rest in the shade of the trees if you need me just yell" she said before turning and heading towards the paradise of shade. She rubbed her head against a tree scratching her head while also leaving her scent she continued rubbing the length of her body against the tree a smile spread across her lips as it scratched her back. She knew the message it also sent out to males but she hadn't seen any around besides Kyan and they would never do such a thing but she hadn't really looked either. She settled down and slumped to the ground closing her hazel eyes and she rest her sore paws.

Kyan~
Kyan nodded his head to Malika as he continued to drink his stomach seemed like an endless pit as he just kept drinking and drinking until he was sure he would pop. knowing Malian was off dozing somewhere he slowly waded into the water up to his chest before going a little deeper every few seconds. He knew Malika swam sometimes so why not give it a try she always seemed hyper and refreshed when she stepped out and he knew he was simply about to fall over from exhaustion and heat.

Rayure shifted about, stretching out his back and hind legs. He knew it would help the soreness if he stretched a lot, but it hurt. He let out a grunt and curled back up with a sigh. He'd just have to live with it for a while. It'd make it hard to hunt, and he knew he was going to hate himself for it in the long run, but he was tired and impatient today. He didn't want to deal with more pain than he needed to.

Aella moved on graceful paws toward the watering hole, the sun beating down on her golden coat and making it look brighter than it was. He hazel eyes were fixed on the shimmering blue pool in the distance, the watering hole. As she drew near the lioness saw a figure in the water, what she could only guess was another lion. She let out a low call, making her presence known as not to upset or startle the lion when she approached.
