Leto lifted his muzzle, taking in the scents around him. Sure enough he smelled another lion, but kept still and quiet. He didn't want to disturb the sleeping Jingle unless he had to. Leto stayed alert in case the lion came closer, but his eyes were on the cubs as she slept. She was adorable.

Aella smiled, turning after him. She quickly fell into step and his shoulder, moving with a quiet, graceful gait. She let him lead, curious to see if his sister was as easy to get along with as him. She hoped so, it had been so long since she had a friend. It dawned on her that the last time she had a really friend was back when she was younger, in her fathers pride.

Kyan glanced over at Aella as she walked beside him he smiled and continued until they were where he had seen his sister disappear to. "Malika!" he called once he saw be white pelt nestled into the roots of a tree. He smiled down at her before prodding her shoulder with his paw. "Wake up I've got sometime for you to meet" he said pushing her again.

Malika fluttered her hazel eyes as they focused to her see her brother smiling down at her, She waved a paw " I'm trying to sleep Kyan" she said closing her eyes once more. She was just about to fall asleep when she heard him say that someone else was there. She snapped open her hazel eyes and looked to the lioness at his side " Oh hello there" she said shifting into a sitting position.

Carthage stumbled along slowly, her head hung low as she leaned on the male. In the distance, she could see light glinting off the surface of the water and knew that she'd arrive soon. The brown lioness huffed and forced herself to move faster, ignoring the dull, cold ache in her paws and the rasping of her lungs. As they drew near to the watering hole, she flopped down on to the ground and plunged her head into the cold waves, gulping down as much water as she could. When she'd had her fill, she pulled her muzzle out of the water and sucked in deep breaths. Carthage shook the water from her face and began grooming herself. "My name is Carthage, by the way. Thank you for your assistance."
