*Echo watched the stallion cautiously. He wasn't quite yet at the base of the hill, though he was getting rather close for comfort, though for some reason the young mare was intrigued by the stallion and his patience. Echo took a few more steps before trotting slowly down the remainder of the small hill. She stopped suddenly, standing just feet from the brown blanketed stallion. Her ears flicked forward and her tail swished rather quickly, waiting for the stallion to make the next move.

The paint mare watched Blaze as he slowly trotted towards her, stopping to stand about a metre in front of her. Her ears pricking forward as the stallion commented how she was more braver than the other mares. Whisper shrugged, "there's no reason for me to be scared" She stated simply, shaking out her mane. Whisper blinked her brown eyes as she watched the dark brown stallion, a grin easily appearing on her muzzle as she swished her tail.

Hunter shifted her position and looked up as a white and brown stallion came into view, her ears raised from where they were pinned against her head, to prick forward with interest as she watched the stallion move forward at a slow pace, stopping a fair distance a way and giving a low snort and lowering his head slightly. Hunter believed he was showing that that he was a threat and he wouldn't hurt them. This confused Hunter deeply, many stallions she had met were aggressive and always snaked mares into their herds. Hunter, this time didn't scowl as her sister nickered out to the stallion, she only stood silently and watched him.

Fawn's brown eyes lit up as a stallion soon came into view and approached them at a slow pace, the palomino mare gave her tail another swish and nickered out to the stallion as he stopped walking and lowered his head slightly. Fawn glanced at her liver chestnut sister to see how she would react, but she noticed Hunter simply watched the stallion. Fawn shook her head and turned back to the stallion, pawing at the ground, followed by a second nicker.

The dappled grey stallion looked at Chess, and then he sniffed the air, He was looking out for any dangers, like stallions that might try to snake his mare, or even mountain lions. He was also looking out for a river, and he sniffed water. "I can small water, we're close to a river." Cloud nickered, his tail swishing out behind him..

The stallion looked at the mare, rather surprised about how she was so close to him. He nickered and pawed at the ground, blinking his dark brown eyes as he watched Echo. Spotted then snorted, shaking his mane and swishing his tail before he took a step forward. He continued to watch the mare, watching what she would do neck.

Wolf flicked an ear as the two mares spotted him. The slightly older one just watched him silently, her ears pricked with interest. But the slightly younger one nickered out to him, and he swished his tail. The white and brown stallion rose his head as the younger mare gave a second nicker, and he then moved forward at a slow trot and nickered, shaking his mane and swishing his tail.

The dark brown stallion flicked an ear as Whisper commented that there was no reason for her to be scared, and he swished his tail. He nodded, blinking his brown eyes as he looked at Whisper. "Hmm, but most mares are scared anyway. I should introduce myself, my name is Blazing Thunder. But you can call me Blaze. Whats your name?" He nickered, and he pawed at the ground as he watched the mare.

The black and white mare looked at Dragon, and she nodded, pawing at the ground. "Ok, lets go then. Lead the way." Crystal nickered to the stallion, and she swished her tail. She waited for Dragon to lead the way.

Echo stood still, watching the stallion intently. Her head raised slowly as if she was surveying him and her surroundings. And that she was. The usual fleeing mare seemed to take up her old charades when she whinnied and stamped one of her hooves on the ground. Her lithe body turned, her back legs licked up. She nickered to him before taking off at a fast trot back up the hill, her ears swiveling back and forth listening intently to see if hoofbeats followed her orb of she was once again left in solitude.

Whisper blinked her brown eyes as she looked at Blaze, she gave a small laugh. I, however, are not scared of stallions." She said, her ears swerved forwards as he introduced himself as Blazing Thunder, but said she could call him Blaze. Then asked what her name was. "Whisper of a lone owl." She answered, shaking out her white and brown mane. "But, I go by Whisper." She added quickly.

Hunter finally decided the stallion was trustworthy and she raised her tail slightly, so her strong heat scent were able to spread. The liver chestnut mare as he nickered and approached them at a slow trot, she blinked her brown eyes and then snorted, pulling her gaze away from the stallion and lowering her head to pull at the fresh grass that was beneath her.

Fawn's tail swished behind her as she watched the stallion approach, and let out another nicker. Her ears pricked forward and twitched slightly as she watched him. Her dark brown eyes glinted in the sunlight and a gentle breeze caused her white-cream mane to blow in the wind.

i look at cloud chaser and nod, "ok, lead the way" i say before pawing at the ground lightly. i look arrounf, rich brown eyes sparkling at the land before me. my ears twitched in hearing for any danger. i look back at cloud, waiting for hinm to lead the way to the river he had scented.

dragons revenge
i nod as crystal spoke. i nicker lightly before starting to trot up the hill i had just been up befoe to look for land. i smile to myself, still quite proud of myself getting a lead mare on the first few days of spring. i look over my shoulder, to see in crystal clear was coming, i didnt want her to go, or get snaked by another stallion.

The stallion nodded as Chess said to lead the way, and he trotted away at a fast pace. His black tail swished out behind him as he trotted away. He looked over his shoulder to make sure that Chess was following him before he looked in front of him. He siffed the air to make sure he was going to right way.

The brown blanket appaloosa stallion snorted and flicked an ear as Echo turned and trotted back up the hill. He watched the mare before he pawed at the ground, blinking his brown eyes. He wasn't sure what to do now, and he swished his tail. Spotted decided to stay there, and he snorted again, shaking his mane.

The stallion swished his tail when the liver chestnut mare decided to begin grazing, and he blinked his eyes. He snorted, and then he looked at the palomino mare and he shook his mane. The stallion soon came to a stop when he was about a metre and a half in front of the mares, and he pawed the ground. Wolf watched the two mares, wondering if they were going to run or not.

Blaze pawed at the ground as Whisper said that she wasn't scared of stallions, and that her name was Whisper of a lone owl, but she went by Whisper. He nodded, and he snorted softly before he spoke. "I'm surprised you aren't in a herd, if you are so eager to go near a stallion." He nickered, swishing his tail.

Crystal snorted, and she trotted after Dragon, and she blinked her eyes. The mare swished her black tail as she walked. She nickered and kept pace with Dragon, trotting beside the stallion. She blinked her eyes and looked around.

i reach the top of the hill, and look beside me to see crystal had kept her pace. i smile and then look down the hill, to see the small clearing down the bottom. i dip my head to the clearing, then walk carefully down the hill, heading toward the clearing.

Soaring Dragonfly

The white mare whinnied with pleasure and swished her tail to let Rocky smell more of her heat scent. It's a pleasure to be in a herd with you,'' she responded. Dragonfly did have plans to have a foal this season but she was careful not to let herself be snaked away by other stallions. She hadn't actually seen it being done before but by the stories her mother told, it was completely awful.

Midnight Fire

Fire's eyes lit up as he watched the beautiful mare. ''Wonderful! You will not regret this, I promise,'' he nickered, thrilled at his luck. He would work extra hard to make sure that no stallions would snake her away, if they tried then they would have him to deal with. He only had one mare in his herd at the moment but he would gain more until he had a strong herd.

The stallion kept walking, his tail swishing out behind him as he trotted along. He sniffed the air, he knew that they were close to the river now. He snorted and let Chess to the river, and the river soon came into his view. Cloud blinked his eyes before he increased his pace slightly, and he finally arrived at the river.

The black and white mare gazed around once she had reached the top of the hill. She snorted softly, and she looked at Dragon as he began to make his way carefully down the hill. She swished her black tail, and she padded down carefully behind him. She sniffed the air from time to time as she went, and she was being careful of where she placed her hooves.

The pieblad mare watched Midnight Fire, and she nodded, swishing her tail. Then she lowered her head and began to graze again, her tail swishing behind her. Now that she was in a herd with a stallion, she was aloud to graze now, and she snorted lightly. Her ears were perked, and they swerved around, alert.
