The red dust on the paths swirled around Red's paws as he padded with little sound towards the Kennels to get something to eat. His ears perked at the sound of the door slamming as one of the owners of Safehaven Farm strolled leasurely towards the kennels. "Feeding Time!" He called to all of the animals. Black hooves crashed against the stall door, breaking the creaky wooden handle, the door squeaked open... And out came the pony Cloud! He trotted quickly out to where the longest and sweetest grass grew. Nibbling at it he finally came to a halt. Grazing to his own content!

|Golden Beauty|

The wind had just begun to pick up, grass swayed gently as the breeze washed over Safehaven farm. Golden, the palomino mare was out in the pastures. She was getting plenty of nourishment from the grass out there. Her long mane swinging in the breeze like a banner, her long flag raised and swished. Golden pawed at the ground and let out a loud, happy whinny.

I heard the call of food and got to my feet, I was too buy staring into the water to think of much else. I padded over and stood behind Red, waiting for him to eat first, out of respect, and I wasn't that hungry anyway. But I ate all the same once my bowl was placed and I got to eat next. After, I stood up and smiled and Red, "Hello, how are you?"
