As I chomped on the mouse I looked around not turning my head a bit, I saw no cats. Figuring they had left, I let go of the mouse and sighed. I left the mouse in the grass and I trotted off to the street as many cars past by fastly. I managed to get through the course swiftly and as fast as I could, my back leg almost got hit. "I got safe.." I said as I walked on the sidewalk, a child looked at me and said "Mommy kitty!" And the mother said, "Hun, that is someones cat." The older woman sigheed and walked into her house. I ran away from the house scared I may get caught from the cruel humans, they abandond me, I can't trust them..I looked back making sure no animal control or the kid was coming. I passed the street once again leading me to a small church. I climbed up the side by clawing my claws as far as I could on the cabin type curch. I was happy it was wood, I reached the top and laid down after my short adventure.
The hay rustles softly, As the horse shifts his weight I smile as he catches my eye I rub his neck. And comb his mane. And give a happy sigh For there is no better place, On land or on sea Than in this dark and musty barn. Where it is just my horse and me.
