"Lyric!" Haru barked as she hit her head. What happened? He wondered. ( Gah, WB )

Anyane stopped short, seeing Shadow. "Hello." She said with a dip of her head. A breeze blew their way, carrying with it the scent of the elk.

Lyric's eyes were wide and her leg was bleeding again, She quickly turned around and began to lick it again. She hadn't noticed she was crying until she saw tears landing on her leg.

SHadow nodded his greetings and then sniffed the air one more time to make sure the Elk was still around "as you may know there is an Elk close by, I can not take this Elk down alone, would you mind helping me" he said a little embarrased he had to ask for help hunting, but he already wasnt a very good hunter.

"What's wrong? What happened?" Haru asked as he bent his head to help her. He licked the bleeding cuts as he had before, surprised that it had started bleeding once more.

Anyane nodded, "Of course I don't mind!" She replied, already trying to determine where the scent was coming from. "Let's go after it."

Shadow nodded "ok" he said then turned and started to trot deeper into the forest where he could tell the scent was coming from, he also found other tracks conferming his thoughts on where the Elk was located

Lyric kept her eyes down low, "N-Nothing J-just a b-bad d-dream".

Anyane followed after Shadow, crouching low as they got closer to the elk. She looked to Shadow, ready to attack when he was. Her paws twitched in anticipation.. hunts like this were always worth it.

Haru watched Lyric, uncertain of what to say. "Just a bad dream?" He asked at last, not very sure if she was telling the truth.

Shadow crpuched and moved forward slowly he twitched his ear telling Anyane he was about to leap. Then he sliced his tail threw the air and leaped upon the Elk biting onto the back of its neck

Lyric shook her head no, "Well its kinda a dream from something that happened before." The blood stoped flowing and she stopping licking her leg, "In my old pack I was the one who cared for the Alpha's pups. The Alpha had a daughter who had power lust. She couldn't be an alpha with the new batch of pups. There was two and I watched them. One day she came to the den. She was all nice and innocent at first, but I didn't trust her. I told her to leave, but she didn't. She killed the first pup. I attacked her and we battled. I eventually lost control. I ended up killing her and the remaining pup. When I came back to my senses it was to late. My brothers risked there lives for me to get away." Lyric looked down and began crying again.

Anyane lept out with Shadow, clamping her jaws around the dear's hind legs. This caused it to crash to the ground as the other brute bit it. She let go of the leg to see if it was truly dead or not.

Haru listened to Lyric speak, silent until she had finished. He pressed his fur against her, trying to comfort the fae. "It's okay." He said in a mummer. "You fought someone who was suppose to be a pack-mate, and someone who had already chosen their path. You did what you could, what you had to." He gave her a comforting lick. "It's not your fault Lyric."
