He shrugged slightly and looked at his mate. he thought on the question before he just gave an answer. He sighed once he had one and spoke quietly so he did not wake Diana "I am always getting beat up as you call because I am trying my hardest to keep you from harm. like that figh with Zues. he wanted to get to yall because I was one of his pawns in his old pack. I will admit it took help from Athena and Posiden in order for us to take him down but I got hurt protecting yall from him. and I have yet to recover." even though most of his minor injuries had healed just leaving the worse ones.

"you know well enough I can handle my self on my own. you being there only makes it easier." Shiera replied with a flick of her tail. She didn't look into Orion's eyes completely, and seemed to have her gaze wander.

Orion looked at his mates eyes and questioned with a tilt in his head why. He replied slowly "yes i know you can take care of your self. I know me being here just makes every thing so much easier. But i do everything that do because you and Diana are the best things that have happened to me amd i cant live knowing y'all would be in danger." He questioned more why she wouldnt look at him. "What are you thinking about that has your mind amd eyes wondering. I know your strong."

"I'm just wondering about...everything really. I'm not to use dot looking at anyone straight in the eyes any way." Shiera replied slowly. She yawned and lowered her head just a bit. "But, ph how I'm tired." She joked, stretching her shoulders carefully, being sure not to budge Diana in the movement.

Orion stood up amd walked to her. He then laid down next to her "if you have any thing at all on your mind you can tell me love." He rested his muzzle on her paw

Shiera shifted her shoulders a bit, "I'm just tired of everything happening at once. Each level seems to pound on us day by day. I would think there would be space between those lines." she breathed. She lowered her head to the point were it's basically just hanging there, but not touching the floor.

Orion nodded understanding her words. "I know what you are saying. Things will happen. But the worse is behind us now. Forgive me for what has happened." He looked at her and how her head hung loosely. He whined softly.

Shiera stretched a bit,"I know you do." She sad. Shiera rested her head upon her paws. Her eye lids felt heavy, and she found herself having them closed. but Shiera was not asleep yet, even though she already blocked out the world. She just waited, perhaps this is what Diana is doing now.

Orion felt heavy. his breath was light and slow. He stood up and walked out side and then sat down. He took in a deep breath and took in the moons rays of gentle light. He looked up at the moon and sighed. his breath was taken away with the wind.

Shiera opened her eyes and watched Orion instead of sleeping. The stars were fading, and Shiera hadn't realized how many hours have passed. The sun lit up the eastern horizon, and Diana yawned and shuffled around a bit. It smelled like the night time,but the sun shone through the bracken and heated the ground. The moon was still in the sky, a grey smudge against the gold, but Orion still amused himself with it. Shiera carefully stood and padded over to him, her limbs stiff from simply laying there. She nosed Orion on the shoulder, "You're still up." She said.
