For some reason I enjoy seeing if people will follow the rules or not, it makes be curious to wonder why some of us won't take the required thirty seconds it takes, and see what guidelines there are for the given roleplay. Trust me when I say I'll know if you haven't been following them, or have read them. I don't mean to seem rude, but I'm strict when it comes to rules and making sure that they're followed. If you want this roleplay to remain safe and fun, you'll follow these rules as well.
1. All ChickenSmoothie / Tess regulations and rules apply to this roleplay. This really shouldn't be all that much of a surprise, as these rules are required to be followed site-wide. I find it even silly having to put this up here, but I know that some of you won't end up following them if I don't, and so they're coming in on the rules list, as number one. Depending on how drastic the rule break is, you may just simply be warned, or be removed altogether from the roleplay.
2. This is a Semi-Literate roleplay which means that for each character I want you to post a response that is at least five lines long. It only takes a couple of minutes, and it makes the replies and interactions to your character so much easier. You'll be warned if I see only a couple of words ( a one liner ) constantly as your posts. I understand (the occasional and rare) writer's block, but if you plan to use it as a crutch, good luck to ya. Also do not expect to be accepted if you can't show me you know what periods, commas, and capital letters are. Don't be lazy, I beg of you.
3. There is a maximum and requirement of two characters each. A male and a female. If you do not come with these two characters than you will not be accepted until you do so. I know some of you would like to say; "I'm a female, so I can't play males." Well I'm sorry but you're wrong. You can play males just like everyone else, and if you plan to just come here to make a mate-greedy female than you will not be accepted. Sorry, but these wolves can't all be shy, lovesick females who love to swim and hunt. I want this to be more realistic than that. You females cannot have or be expecting pups, these wolves would not have mated yet. The characters have to be in the 'young adult' range of life and so 1 - 3 years. No more no less.
4. No characters will "over tragic" histories. Yes some of your characters can have their parents have been killed by hunters or other wolves, or maybe lost a sibling to illness, but don't say something like; "Suzie was abandoned at birth and was taken into another pack where they beat her, and used her as their personal slave." Because that sounds totally realistic... This roleplay is about taking average wolves and turning them into something more. Let's save the drama for the roleplay, not some sap story that came before it.
5. Be respectful and kind to your fellow roleplayers, and don't in any way use any bullying and/or harassment on them. If I see anything like this you will be removed immediately. Especially if it's over something incredibly stupid, and wrong. At the same time make your you man/woman up and don't overreact if something goes wrong for your character in the roleplay. If people get mad at you for getting melodramatic because the character your wolf liked didn't have mutual feelings, don't expect me to back you up.
6. Be active, and try to post as much as you can. If we want to keep this roleplay alive we have to make sure that it keeps moving on, and has a good steady pace to it's flow of posts. Making sure that no one gets too far behind, and at the same time that all members are loyal and dedicated.
7. Packs will form very, very slowly and gradually. If I see anyone finishing a pack before page one hundred I will claim your posts as duds, and not to be viewed validly. Yes some wolves may band together, but everyone starts off on their own (which means no your characters can't be two siblings traveling together.) And will slowly merge with one another. Which will surely mean deceit, war, and loss along the way. Packs will be finished when they have a good amount of members and an alpha pair each. Also just because your wolf starts out in one ecosystem does not mean that, that will be the pack they'll join, I'm sure they'll move around a bit.
As creator of this roleplay and former of its rules I have the authority to change, add, or remove any rule as I see fit.
