The two packs have been bitter enemies for many generations now, the feud started along time ago for no reason other than two brother both being in love with the same she-wolf. The reason is no longer relevant now but the hatred between the two packs remains. The packs are at war.

Times are not only difficult in the sense of many wolves dying but each packs lives by it's own strict rules. Your mate is chosen for you by the alpha in one by the other you are limited in choice by your position. Who you love isn't your decision. Dare you break the rules and follow your heart or will you cope with the fate that has been chosen for you?

Follow the rules that are forced upon you or rebel on the pain of death?

You are a member of one of the two packs or a lone wolf but be careful lone wolves are despised around here. The packs are the Moon Shadow and Silver Souls.

At Moon Shadow each wolf is ranked, not only from alpha to delta. They use a system where each wolf has it's own letter from the Greek alphabet and each wolf may only choose a mate within a four letter range(I'll explain properly later). Your choices are limited and it's harsh here. Fighting within the pack is not uncommon when a wolf attempts to move up a spot in the rankings.

In the Silver Souls the mates of each wolf are chosen by the alpha and betas. They choose for who they think will produce the best offspring not for love. Any wolf you dares refuse to take the mate they have been given will be killed. It is expected that you are obedient here, if you are not then you are deemed useless and therefore as good as dead.

Rules




1.Use (),[],{},><,(()) or //\\ for OOC
2.Don't join and never come back ,if your going to be absent or don't want to be a part of this RP anymore let me know.
3.Only make as many characters as you can handle. If your active enough to have 10 then fine but don't make that many if you really only have time for one of two.
4.Don't do one liners,try to type at least three full lines with proper grammar and please make an effort with the spelling too. No chat speak!
5.Your characters are to be wolves not dogs or any other creatures. They are not allowed to have unnatural colours or anything like wings or powers.
6.Ask before you kill someone else's character
7.You must be accepted by me or a co-owner/mod before you begin RPing
8.No god mod,power playing ect. If there is a fight between two wolves then you must give the other person the option to dodge but on the other hand you can't just dodge all the time unless it's an unfair fight eg a pup Vs. An adult wolf then the adult wolf could of course manage to win the fight easily without being wounded at all.
9.Use fades to black or Timeskip for mating or giving birth Etc. 
10. Don't ask to create a third pack. If some lone wolves gather together wishing to form a pack I may allow it if there are enough wolves in both the packs and there still are some other lone wolves not joining the pack. There has to be enough lone wolves wanting to start the pack I won't take just two or three. Minimum of 5.

Moon shadows rule of love
-Each wolf is ranked by a letter in the greek alphabet. The alpha chooses your rank. you may mate with any wolf within a four letter range but when spring comes you must have chosen a mate otherwise the alpha will choose for you. (If your confused I'll try explain it to you better just ask). Here is the Greek alphabet:
Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Delta,Epsilon,Zeta,Eta,Theta,Iota,Kappa,Lambda,Mu,Nu,Xi,Omicron,Pi,Rho,Sigma,Tau,Upsilon,Phi,Chi,Psi,Omega.
Refusing to choose a mate will result in death unless you have been excused by the alpha.


Silver Souls rule of love:
-The alpha and beta will choose a mate for every wolf in the pack. They choose to produce the best offspring. In this pack only alphas and betas are the highest rank other wolves are divided into hunters and fighters the weakest will be omegas. Omegas are only rarely assaigned a mate, being weak they are often not allowed to have pups.

Personality:Astra is a serial liar- but hardly anyone knows. She speaks so fluidly and is so effortlessly charming, she has developed an amazing way of getting whatever she wants. She can do all of this because she is very intelligent for a wolf. Usually her brains are obvious in the form of wit, she is always the first to remark. However her persuasiveness is another feature of her brainpower, as she can instantly work out what another is feeling and therefore how she should act around them to get what she wants. She may not be the largest or meanest of her pack, but she can still be extremely dangerous. Beneath that cool exterior her brain is working full time.
Though she is intelligent and very deceptive she is still a young wolf, she can make mistakes due to her inexperience. She is obstinate and stubborn, as well as proud. If she makes a mistake she is slow to admit it. She doesn't talk all that much to anyone apart from giving the occasional smart comment or order. She is a wolf who prefer to be doing something rather than wasting time talking about how to do it. This is why you often see her up early trying to hunt on her own while the other wolves are still only waking up or discussing where they should go to hunt.
She is a wolf who regrets her mistakes. She often thinks back to things she does wishing she could change them. She is very harsh on herself. She's not one to get into fights with her pack mates - she isn't built for fighting she has the body of a hunter a small one at that. In a fight her only advantage is her agility which makes it easier for her to dodge blows. Despite her usual calm manner she is a wolf to bear grudges, yes she will only bear them for the right reasons- small things won't cause her to. If there is a wolf she dislikes she will let them know but she will never be obvious about it. Not one malicious word will leave her lips, her feels her expressed through her actions and not her words.
Astra is a very determined wolf. If she has her mind set on a goal she will work hard until she achieves it. She doesn't give up easily, she will keep trying with what she's doing until she succeeds or her frustration builds up enough to make her stop.
When it comes to leading her pack is is extremely strict, she makes sure that all show respect for her and that none dare challenge her authority.
History: Astra was born just under 5 years ago. Her father was the alpha of the pack, her mother a delta. From a young age she was inquisitive and showed a high level of intelligence. She had no other siblings so from her birth onwards it was always her fathers plan for her to become his successor. He raised her for the rank training her and equipping her with all his knowledge. When Astra was 3 and a half years of age he died in battle and she became the alpha. Since then nothing of great interest has happened. Last year she didn't pick a mate so she has never had pups before.

Personality:Niyol is an extremely loyal wolf to his pack and his friends. He is trustworthy, he keeps his word. He's a hard worker as well as large and strong. These good characteristics earned him his rank of beta. On the other hand he has a short temper and can get aggressive quickly. He isn't stupid but doesn't possess the highest level of intelligence either. He's good at doing what he's told not so good at deciding what should be done. He is rather full of himself. Boasting and showing off with his strenght to all the she-wolves expecting them all to be impressed by him. He loves to make jokes sometimes about himself but often about others too. He doesn't mean to be hurtful on purpose most of the time. he is just a confident wolf, he speaks whatever is on his mind. He's not one for keeping secrets unless its between himself and the alpha. Niyol shows great respect towards the alpha and follows every order given by the alpha no matter what his own opinion is on the matter. He lets the alpha do the thinking fpr him, he's just the same who puts it into action. He is when his temper isn't playing up a jolly wolf who enjoys having a good laugh with his pack mates.
History: Niyol was born far away to two fighers. He had two sisters and one brother. At two years of age he left his home and traveled over the mountains into the Silver Souls pack territory. He joined as a fighter and remained that way for a year and a half. He earned the trust of the alpha and was promoted the beta. From there on his attitude became more confident as well as aggressive.

Personality:Terra Nova is an easy going wolf. There's many things he doesn't really care about. Not worth his time these things are he thinks. He's a charmer, loves to flirt with the she-wolves even if he knows he doesn't have a chance with them anyway. He doesn't take life too seriously, he prefers to joke and mess about. He's a bit of a show off too. He is friendly always with a big grin on his face. He's the sort of wolf that's always around others not the type to sneak off and do things on his own. One could call him lazy even though he is always seen out and about, he hardly ever seems to be doings anything with a real reason for his pack. He's easy going almost too easy going, a bit of a troublemaker but not really on purpose. He doesn't mean any harm by anything he does. He's a young wolf still learning about things. Like most of the other wolves in his pack he loves the moon and the night time even though he spends most of the night and a good part of the day time too asleep inside his den. Sometimes he does make the effort to stay up though, to gaze at the moon and the stars from beside his den. He's not a wolf that one can always take by his word, sometimes he manages to sound serious whilst he is actually joking. A twinkle in his eyes sometimes gives it away, he enjoys fooling others even though they more often than not don't enjoy being fooled by him especially because he doesn't seem to be an intelligent wolf to them. He's not a genius nor the type to come up with the brilliant ideas but he really does know how to mislead a wolf well. Others sometimes think of him to be stupid because of his attitude sometimes but he's not really. He is able to act quite well. Fooling of and tricking wolves are things easily done by him. He finds it amusing he doesn't do it out of spite. He doesn't do things for revenge or out of spite, he can let things go and forgive and forget. That's one of the best things about him.
History:Terra Nova was born in the Moon Shadow pack. His mother sadly died leaving her mate to care for their pups. She died in a battle between the two packs. Her mate was terribly sad but he continued on with his life raising the pups that were now just under a year old. Terra Nova was the eldest even if he didn't behave like it. He doesn't talk to his father all too much anymore, he doesn't see him all that much either. His father is an older wolf by now. Terra Nova on the other hand is still a young wolf at the age of 3, one year since he reached the age at which he was full grown-an adult wolf but still he doesn't really behave like it.
