A little upset this mare just ignored me, I took a few strides forward, but nothing more. I nickered again, and raised my front legs up off the ground a few inches, trying to get attention without seeming like douche. My ears perked as I heard another stallion, and another mare running. I neighed, claiming my side as close territory.

MY head lifted at the sounds of hoof beats anxiously tearing at the ground. I swiveled my head behind me, also hearing another horse. My ears flicked, snow dancing around my hooves. IT wasn't snowing as of the moment, but it was only patchy right then. Bigger storms would come later. The stallion look familiar. Was it Celtic or Cryptic? She always got their names wrong for some reason.

Cryptic stopped abrubtly when he spotted another horse. He raised his head high, alog with his tail, and neighed out energetically. Frost had gathered where Cryptic was standing, causing him to have to hold his tail up at least a little. It drug the ground normally, but not by much. Crip trotted forward a couple of paces, then simply went on with drinking.

She raised her head just a little and let out a pathetic whinney, not giving much effort. She flicked her tail onto her haunches and let out a sleepy sigh. She shook her head and stomped a hoof, letting out an authoritive grunt like a stallion would, trying to give the stallion what he desired. She let out a quiet sneeze as some snow slowly fell off the large pine tree and onto her back, lightly.

Ghost stood alone on the plain, wind rustling the tall dead grasses and tickling her ears. The mare lowered her head to take another nibble of tasteless grass, and chewed it up while looking somewhat paranoidly around her, searching the land for signs of other animals, preditors in particular. She had no desire to be stolen by a stallion, but at the same time, she wished for a companion to keep her company, as this sweet mare was very lonely. Sighing softly, Ghost ambled on, stopping once as she heard a noise, but it was far off and out of her way, so she continued to walk. Turning her head up to the sky, she reflected that it would most likely be snowing soon enough, and with dismay in her heart, Ghost began to trot off towards a more sheltered area where she could sleep without freezing to death. She was somewhat dissapointed by this, because although she loved snow, this wasn't really the time. She had no herd, and didn't know where to find one, and with winter in session, Ghost would need the protection and warmpth. Ghost snorted and increased her rate of speed to a canter, hoping against hope that she'd find a place to stay before the storm set in.

Curse trotted after Depth, keeping a respectful distance. He knew that the lead stallion didn't like it when he got too close, even though it made the young colt feel comfortable. After his mother's death, he had taken to following Depth around, something that he thought brought happiness into the older male's life. When he saw the female, he was suprised, she looked nervous, but with a strong determination underneath. Curse sidled up next to Depth, his voice quiet, but not harsh.
"Do you know her, Depth?"
The colt looked up at his lead stallion with endearing deep brown eyes, hoping the answer would be something he could understand without knowing much in the ways of the land and Depth's past. A flurry of snow lit down between his eyes, and he looked up. What Curse saw delighted him: a snow storm on the way. He adored snow, he had seen it once before, but it hadn't lasted, much like everything else in his short life.

❝Nova is quite the stallion. He is 17.2 witha jet black coat. He's a friesian so he is considered a light horse, not a draft, but he is still tall. He's lean and muscular, though he looks thin. He las a long mane and tail, again both black. He has no socks but he does have feathering towards his hooves. He has deep brown eyes and may look intimidating at first, though he's quite a softy. He's only territorial when he needs to be or when a mare is threatened.

❝Ivory is an Irish sport horse. She's only three though so she's around 15.4 but should grow to 16.2. She has a grey base coat and only has small certain places of darker grey like around her muzzle. Her tail has a few bit of dark greys in it as well but other than that she's white as snow.

I looked down at the little colt. I sighed and lowered my head, but not my neck. "Well, she's tempting, but she's tenacious about being a lone mare. I've tried to get her attention, but she'll never give in. Maybe you could try..." I let out a half-hearted laugh, but I never took my brown eyes off of her. She was beautiful, just gorgeous.

This stallion was most likely not to give up his quest for a mare. And with me in his vision, it gave me a small scare.But I wasn't too girly, but I'm not all that bold. So I lowered my head, and thought of what I'd been told. Stallions are big, and can be really rough, and sometimes act, or really are tough.

The dead grass swooshed around the friesians feathered legs. His mane and tail blew as the wind drifted his way, along with a scent. A mare none the less. His ears perked in her direction and he could just make out her shape and color. A small white and tan mare. He reached out his neck as if he could touch her. She was quite magnificent, that's for sure. He slowly began to walk in her direction, letting out a nicker or two. he frowned as she began to trot away. He swiftly trotted after her, willing and determined. He let out a whinny in greeting this time. He was no stallion to quarter a mare and force her into a hear, but this was obviously a lone mare. With winter on the way, mares need warmth, and he had it..
