Amani giggled. "That sounds like me. I'm so clumsy! Now, your question for me?"

"Um... How did you get into the pack?"

[mikko;]

She looked at him. "River found me in the forest wounded when I was a pup. He took me in, making me an adopted pup. Okay, now me again. Where are you from?"

Luke sighed, as he stood, walking to the edge of the water, dipping his paw inside, the chills galloping up his arm. He splashed lightly at the water, a stern look on his face.

"Um... The middle of no where," he laughed. "Two lovely parents. I stayed with them for longer than usual. Now, um... What's River like, supposing he's leader of the pack?"

[mikko;]

She nodded. "He is. Typically, he's really nice. When he's not, well, he can make us all suffer. I don't know what's got his tail all tied in knots now though. Me again. How old are you?"

Luke took deep breaths, trying to calm his temper.

River kept low, now coming upon a large mountain. He began to climb the steep rocks.
