Crusher watched the two from the brambles. He then revieled himself, stalking to them, head high, eyes scanning around.

Ivory sceeped into the medic den, curling up next to River, muzzle on the side of the nest. "Hey River, feeling any better?" she asked calmly, gazing at him.

Amani gazed at Ivory. "We are not accepting visitors. I told his son to exit, and you should not come before him." She said this as calmly and politely as she could, attempting not to yell at the top of her lungs, 'NO! UNLESS YOU'RE HELPING ME, PLEASE LEAVE!' She continued her work.

Luke nudged Amani, "Take a chill pill Amani, the greatest medicine is the confidence of encourgment of friends." he said wisly. "Leave her be."

Amani glared at him. "And for the safety of your welfare, I suggest you do not argue with your mate, and a medic. You never know what I can slip into your food." For the first time ever in her life, rage and poison seeped through her tone. She looked at Ivory once more. "Like I told Reed, you may return when I feel River is ready. You are not River's son, you are not his mate, you deserve no special treatment." Acid dripped from her tone, anger filled her eyes. Once more, she continued her work.

Luke was shocked with her tone, "Woh Woh! Jeez, someones in a tude..." he growled, turning and stalked away.

Amani growled in return, wanting nothing to do with anyone. "Stop speaking as though you are a teenager." She muttered. "It's annoying, and gives me a headache." She grabbed some more to work with, trying to rid herself of anger by working.
