Shiro nudged Sunshine "Honey please wake up" he said in a scratchy voice

sunshine groaned waking up seeing everything spinning

Black Fire had watched the fire spread through the land from higher ground. Flashbacks from the night the fire broke out in the race track barn were washing over him. He felt as if he was drowning in the bad memories and could get away from them. Snorting he turned and galloped away from the burnt land hopeing this time he could run away once again from fire.

River Pebble followed the rest of Shiro's herd away from the fire, she wasn't hurt, her eyes just burned from the smoke and lungs felt as if she swallowed the fire. She wondered away a bit from the herd trying to get away from the fire and found herself by water. She walked knee deep into the coolness and drank as much as she could handle trying to stop the burning in her chest.
