    LUNARE
    [ female - lead huntress - adult
"Are you sure?" Lunare asked Jax as she took another couple steps forward. "It doesn't seem like everyone agrees and it was just a suggestion.." Lunare said to him with a small dip of respect to him. She knew that this plan was better than nothing, but she didn't like the idea of not everyone liking it. [ terrible WB ]

    The white female's head bobbed with her paced speed. Her entire body rocked with her large strides as she bounded away from cramp, moving towards the borders. It would take her time to get there, but she hoped Rylan would be alone. Of course, Immortal had to find him first. It was always difficult finding a wolf that didn't want to be found. They always had their ways of sneaking out of sight just for a moment, then completely disappearing. She knew the deal would have to work - well, she'd have to think of that deal first. Her heart raced at the thought of going face-to-face alone with the brute, but she tried to calm herself down anyway. If he tried to fight, she was sure that she could defend herself. Immy exhaled, her breath fogging against the wind, as she stopped near a pine tree to rest for a moment. Breathing quickly from running was causing the icy air to burn her lungs.

Jax nodded his head, "Your idea seems to me as the best one, and as someone told me, it's up to me on the decisions" he said with a stiffness to his stance. The brute leader looked over his shoulder, "We as a pack are going to do this" he said lowly, trotting away, back to his rock, "And I need to know that this wont travel to Rylan, because if he knows.." the brute said, bringing his down as he stood by the base of the alpha rock, "..then you can all call him alpha then I" he finished, bringing his head back up.

Rylan flicked his chewed up left ear. The brute caught ahold of two scents, both female and both belonging to Jax. He smirked lightly as he got up to his paws. "Why not meet one half way?" he said lowly under his breath, taking simply a few steps ahead, he sniffed the air, then went back to trotting ahead. His black tail flicked with interest.

Nyx sat still, thinking with a serious scowl on her face. Lunare better not mess up. She thought. This would ruin everything, and she had just settled down here. She looked to Skah, who had settled down beside her. She leaned on her faithful friend, a strand of his black fur falling on her white forehead. He needed no words, just the steady breathing of his lungs seemed to calm her.

    [ sorry about my short/non-fancy post. My iPod's battery is critical and.. Yeah :p ]

    Lunare nodded her head. "Yes, and I respect your decisions for the pack." she told Jax as she sat down and wrapped her fluffy tail neatly around her small paws. "And don't worry I won't tell Ryan about this. He's about the last wolf I want to speak to." the huntress replied with a snort and hard glare in her icy gaze.

    It was much more difficult to run during the winter than any other season, due to the way that the icy air would cause your lungs to twist and contract. Immortal would often find herself out of breath, like she was at the moment, with her head low to breath easier. When she finally was able to catch her breath, she lifted her head with confidence once more. Unfortunately, she could barely smell anything because she was up-wind rather than down-wind. The harsh breeze didn't help either - when it was around, she barely wanted to breathe normally. Immy began trotting again once she pulled away from the large pine tree, picking up her pace not even a minute later. Her breath fogged in the wind but eyes stayed focussed ahead, as her delicate body dodged the looming trees. She was becoming dangerously close to the border of their territory. But she was a fighter.

{ it's very much ok @solarflare, I had to switch to my iPod as well XP }

Jax nodded, he slowly jumped up onto his alpha rock, "Everyone is dismissed" he stated loudly, a tired look to his face, why must he had been faced with this?. The leader shook his head, Rylan would not be going down without a fight from him, however it wouldn't have been the first. Jax thought he had finally gotten rid of Rylan, clearly he was wrong.

Rylan stopped. He was done meeting this fae half way, "Lets see how badly she wants me" he said with a cruel smile as he stopped dead his tracks. The brute stood still as the cold breeze whipped through his fur, making a shiver run down his own spine.

    Finally, when the freezing cold breeze had finished butchering her sense of smell, the scent caught her off guard. Rylan was much closer than she had believed, in fact he was just out of sight. Of course Immortal did not slow her pace, instead she actually picked it up a bit. Her body rolled forward as she loped across the snow, occasionally having a bit of trouble getting a good grip without slipping. Just as she came over a tiny hill, she saw him. His dark pelt was easily spotted amongst the dead pines and blanket of snow. Her white body slid to a stop, sliding a bit to the side, as snow kicked up against the stump of a pine tree. Her gray tipped ears perked upwards immediately and her heart fluttered. Immy wasn't even sure what she was going to say - he had to have traveled for some amount of time, because she was sure he wasn't this close before. Now she was out of the pack's boundaries and in her own territory of danger. Oh well. Her thoughts were whispers in her mind, merely to calm herself down. The dove pelted female quietly began to pad down the hill, her shoulder blades rolling with her elegant steps. It was almost as if a lion were on the prowl, of course her head was raised with confidence and body not so low to the ground.

Rylan shook his coat, trying to get rid of the snowflakes that clung to his coat, he hated how they made him damp. The brute called over to the female as she came closer, "I don't suppose you have found me simply to say hi" he stated with an emotionalless face, not caring the usual smirk. It truly did interest him in what she wanted to say, or had come for.

    When the female believed she was close enough to the dark brute, which was a yard or so away, she finally stopped. Immortal lifted her head high in a defensive, confident stance as her cerulean gaze focussed on Rylan. Naturally, he was larger than her petite self. When she had looked him over enough, determining his mood and what-not, she gave a short exhale. "I'm here to work out a deal," The dove female said, her tone soft as usual. She was going to be snappy, but went with her better judgement and knew to get more on his side than anything. She needed this to work, not for it to fall through.
