Jax flicked his ears, the pain of hearing the wolves so mad at him, how one didn't even consider him a good alpha after all of his years as one. The brute sighed, feeling no hope from how they were speaking. Most of them only saw it from thier side, not his, which hurt most of all. How some didn't even care how much it hurted him to simply just pick someone as his forever mate. Jax flicked his ears, picking up what Lunare had said, her idea of faking a mate, it could work, couldn't it? "A fake mate?" he said, forgetting about the others and thier negative words, he made eye contact with Lunare, it was her idea, he had to speak more to her about it, "It.. it might work.." he stated slowly.

Sorrow sat by a stream,the thought of being ruled by Rylan made her shudder. Her icy blue eyes darted around,she didn't want to become a loner again because of Rylan. She growled, maybe she should just kill him when he comes. Sorrow gave a little wag of her tail, in her mind she saw Rylan dead.


Ash cocked his head as he took in all of the suggestions. He cringed when he heard all of the comments and felt bad for Jax.

Lunare snorted, rolling her eyes at Nyx. The white huntress trotted forward, out from the shadows. "I'm not sure it's fullproof, but I think we should give it a shot. I don't think anyone wants to leave this pack yet, nor stay under Ryan's rule." she said, glancing at some of the other wolf's gathered in the camp. Most seemed into the idea, but she wasn't sure about some others. "but it's your choice Jax. Whatever you think would be best for the pack."

Nyx sat down, catching an irritably glare from Lunare, but she ignored it. She didn't want her temper getting the best of her. She just agreed that her idea was ideal for the situation. Jax had to show Rylan he had a mate, and Nyx would do just fine. And it wasn't like anyone else was volunteering. She waited for Jax to decide.

Jax jumped down from his rock, walking through the crowd. He stopped by Nyx, "Thank you for wanting to volunter" he said with a serious voice, glad to know that one would wish to do so, "However" he said, bringing his head to where Lunare was, "This was your idea Lunare" he said, now padding over to her, "I only hope that you would do so as to participate" he said with a serious look to his eyes.

Fake? Fake a mate? Rylan had pushed all horrible ideas upon this pack at this point, and she wasn't sure if lying would do a great deal. Her heart sank quite heavily as she watched Jax, and immediately her gray-tipped ears pinned against her skull. Anger filled her pure soul and caused her limbs to quake. Faking a mate could do even more harm, if Rylan knew about it. It could even possibly cause death. "This is stupid," The female spat in a quiet whisper, before quickly whipping her petite body around in a half-circle. She leapt forwards, shoving her weight into her back legs to leap further and begin her run. She needed a break. An escape. Maybe even forever, if this didn't work out. Immy had never been so fearful and angry at once, and her heart heaved beneath all of it. She wished she could go after Rylan - fight maybe, or even try to make a deal with him.

Rylan shook his thin dark coat. The brute never had a place to call home. He traveled mostly, finding a different den every night, or simply a cave that he had to sneek in when a bear was occupying it. The brute scoffed as he finished off his last bite of the tiny rabbit he had caught, it wasn't much, but it would serve for the time being. He smirked lightly at the thought of what he had told Jax a few days passed, "Wonder if he actually could do it.." he thought outloud with a cold and humorous tone.

Sorrow gave a little howl to let Rylan know she was after him.When she reached the spot where the scent ended, no one was there. "Huh?" a puzzled look came to her face.
