Dash looked up. He gazed at the other dogs and took a step back. And another. "What am I?...I'm a freak. I should have died!"

Akino pushed his way through the woodsl a fallen brancha blocking his path and he easily managed to leap over it and land gracefully. He padded on and looked around and saw a group of dogs, but chose not to interact amongst them. He simply stared out the direction of the hotel remembering his owner Evelyn left him there because her father wanted to go on an exploration in Africa with her, but he could not come and this was the only hotel she could find that allowed wolf mixes. She whimpered softly before glancing back to the group.

Sheila trotted up to Shiloh "hi who's this?" She smiles at Jax blushing

Payton stood up, "No your not!" She called to the brute. She may not have know him, but she knew darn well he was no freak, "Trust me sir.." She said softer, feeling embarresed for stepping out of line.

Jax stood his ground, looking up to see a scene with a brute, he tilted his head out of curiosity, unsure of he came at re wrong time.

Jess had been out, scouting for food. She was going back when she almost crashed into Akino. "Oh! I'm sorry."

Dash shook his head. "My own mate doesn't even recognize me!"

Nikika walked over to where Akino and Jess were. "Who are you guys?" She asked again. She glanced back over at Dash. "And what's up with him?"

Shiloh walked over Dash "your not a freak don't call yourself that, this happened because you we're protecting another, your heart is beautiful if the one you loved truly loves you she will see past it all."

Akino looked slightly startled as she bumped into him, but he managed to push his worries to the back of his mind and pull out a friendly face. "No worries, we all have things on our mind because of the earthquake." his brown eyes twinkled, but behind them he managed to hide his troubles well. He then turned to the other dog and barked "I'm Okami Akino, yet I prefer you call me Akino"

Payton stayed back, but nodded with Shilohs words.

Dash closed his eyes. "You don't understand. I all my life have been unwanted. Since I was a puppy! Finally I get a chance to actually be wanted and this happens! I'm jinxed. My father was right. He closed his eyes. "

Jess tilted her head and smiled. "I'm Jess. I saw before the earth quake...at the hotel." She stretched. "I was trying to catch something like my dad used to do but I guess I failed."
