Ever nodded at Rowan's words, and fell back a few steps to where she was in line with Alice. "Hello, Alice." She greeted the slightly younger fae, her grey, red and black ears twitching, her blue and amber eyes searching the land around them as she spoke, looking for a threat to their pack. Nothing seemed to be going on, but you could never be to wary, right?
Trotting beside Alice, her breathing light, Ever spotted Ash trotting up, reporting she hadn't seen anything, and Ever dipped her head in return, greeting the other fae. Blinking, Ever yawned slightly, still tired considering her nightmare. It was a reoccurring dream, and it was starting to make her loose sleep. Not a very fun thing, she must say. Shaking her head lightly to herself, she tried to think as to why she'd be having these dreams. Her father wasn't part of her life anymore. There was nothing he could do to her, if he could even find her.
Shoving the thoughts away, the small fae tried to focus on the task ahead of her. No other wolves seemed to be hanging around the border, which was perfectly fine with her. She may be a fighter, but she didn't crave fights as much as others. She'd seen what the power of fighting did to others, and it didn't make her feel all the more excited to get involved in a fight. Just thinking about it made her blue gaze flicker down to her scar covered legs, each scar telling a different battle story. She wasn't exactly keen to get another.

- Fall stood stock still when she jerked back. Unsure what was wrong, his eyes softened. "Hey, hey. It's okay. I don't want to hurt you." He said, tone soft and comforting. He wasn't sure why the fae was shying away, by the look in her eyes, it was almost as if she had never felt love. He felt concern enter his own gaze, but he didn't move, because by the looks of her, she was scared half to death by him. Her yelp at him touching her coat made him keep his distance so she felt more comfortable.
The fur above his eyes drew together, making it look almost as if he had eyebrows, though it would be impossible to tell, had it not been that the strip of fur above each of his eyes was white-grey, a slightly different shade than the fur that surrounded it. Blinking his amber-golden eyes, the brute stood still, tilting only his head ever so slightly. After a moment, he tucked his back paws underneath him in a sitting position. For a moment, he only watched the timid black fae, then, he cleared his throat slightly. "Evidently, I startled you, and I'm sorry for that. But, until you decide to come out, I may as well introduce myself. The name's Fallen Shadows of Chaos, though I hate that name, and prefer to be called Fall. I've been looking for a pack to join, and found your's about a moon ago. Don't mistake me as a thief, I've hunted elsewhere when hungry so as not to upset you and your neighbors." He explained quickly, before his tone returned to that simple, story-telling tone of his that drew most everyone in.
Blinking his eyes again, he watched Minerva calmly, hoping he wasn't scaring the wits out of the fae. He saw her eyes flick down to his scarred eyes, and he moved his legs, a bit uncomfortable. Most everyone was curious about his legs. How'd he get the scars? Where'd he get them? Were they from battles? How long did it take for them to heal? Did they hurt? It was mostly pups who asked these questions, but still it bothered the brute that he stood out so much from others. However, his expression didn't express this as Minerva observed them, instead, he let her, wondering what the black fae was thinking.
