☾- Don't be too detailed with romance, births, etc, and please don't fight. Take that stuff elsewhere.

☾- Be as active as you can, but for clutter and such, I'll have to put your characters in the 'holding area' if you are inactive for more than a month without an excuse.
☾- I and only me can decide who can be and what pairs can have a Nightingale bat. It's supposed to be rare.
☾- Please don't spam, advertise, or post anything specifically unnecessary.
☾- I'd like to claim that I know a lot about bats. However, if I do make some sort of mistake or say a fact that isn't right to you, DON'T point it out. Plus, some of the things I say about them may be how they fit into this roleplay world I created, okay?

There were three, three they took; Corona, Aurora, and Flash. They were Vampyrum Spectrum bats, more commonly known as False Vampire Bats or 'Spectrum' Bats. The scientists preformed experiments on The Three's offspring. Things went well at first, and two generations passed in the laboratory. Then, however, they all started dying. Every bat they had cultivated in their scientific sanctuary for the then endangered bats. To combat the strange deaths, the scientists used the DNA of the few living to create their own species; The Nightingale Bat. Three was what they started with, and three is what they ended with. Dusk's mate, Shine, died soon after giving birth after they were injected with the serum to 'create' the new breed. Dusk's new children, Midnight and Wave, were all that could ever be of the species, as the scientist workers believed. Dusk didn't want this life for his only children. He didn't want them to be imprisoned, even if the scientists treated them like royalty with their fake forest and their lazy, jumbo mice to eat. They needed to grow in the real forest, with real mice, and other, non laboratory bats. So when they were old enough, Dusk planned an escape. Wave and Midnight escaped without harm, but Dusk was killed in the process.
Wave and Midnight found out soon after their escape that the gene the scientists 'created' to make the Nightingale Species was actually already a recessive gene present in bats. However, it was horribly rare and going extinct. Now, the siblings have to blend in with real bats. But what secrets do the moon's winged children really hold?

~Extra RP Information~
☾- Bat males, whether in the same colony or not, take a female as their mate for just a year. The next breeding season, they take a different female to be their mate. Rarely do they stay with the same one for more than a year.
☾- Nightingale bats most prominent feature is their voice. It is strong enough to push objects (think in a matter of physics, though, of course. A bat can't move a rock that is bigger than them with their voice.) Not just this, but they also seem more attractive to those that are not their species because of how erratic the Nightingale gene is. Also, unlike pretty much every other bat species, Nightingale bats have totally black skin instead of pink skin, even when they are first born.
☾- Just in case people get confused, the setting of the rp is in a forest known as Gazing Moon forest, not a laboratory or anything.
