Taylor curled up an old tattered sofa that was outside a old apartment building. Her tail and head hanging off the edge. She sighed and looked down at the floor wandering what her life will bring.

Jewel finished her sandwich, But her stomach kept growling.
She decided to go down a street she hadnt seen before and try to find something there, She trotted down it, Sniffing for food anywhere. She found the faint salty smell of fries and followed it. She found that they were all still in a package so she decided to drag it back to her den. Halfway through the street she started to smell another dog, A few minutes later she stopped and tried to find where it was coming from. She walked cautiously up and down the street a few times.

Taylor closed her eyes as she tried to get some rest but the scent of another dog came to her. She lifted her head lazily and looked round. she streatched and stood up. The small 16 month old mutt shook out her ruffled and probably matted pelt and flexed her paws

Hearing some rustling, Jewel padded back up the street, The smell got very distinctive here, She could smell that it was a female, Quite young. Jewel crept around the corner and saw a beautiful white dog stretching. She sat there for a few seconds before standing up and walking where the dog could see her clearly, She put her tail down to show she wasnt a threat and barked, "Hello Stranger"
