He crouched low. His body dragged the snow as he stalked the hair. His ears flattened and his legs crouched low to the ground. He squinted his eyes and took aim. Beofre he was ready, His hind legs kicked up and he was pushed into the air. he landed and ran anfter the hair.

Crow squinted at the hare, then bounded along with Akai. She flattened her ears, racing after the small, speedy creature. She flicked her tail, her paws reaching for the ground, grabbing it, then pushing it away.

The wind pushed his fur back as he ran. He was catching up to the hare. It looked back noticing how close it was. The hare made a sharp turn left. Akai tried to turn, but he lost his balance and fell into a tree. The snow from the tree fell on him.

Crow skidded to a stop, smirking at Akai. She pushed some off the snow off of him and licked his forehead. She sat down and looked around, her ears flicking. She watched as the hare ran off, it wouldn't have fed both of them anyway. "We'll find something else."

He smiled. "Sorry, that was a fail." He stood up and shook the snow off his body. He blinked and yawned softly. He heard a squeak sound. "Humans!" He exclaimed. he ran toward the sound of crunching boots. One human knelt down and rubbed him> he licked their fingers.

Crow ran after Akai, her ears perked. She looked at the humans and flicked her ears, glancng between the human and Akai. She blinked a few times then stepped closer to them.

The human smiled. She must've watched Akai "hunt". "here,bud." She held a long, wet peice of meat. He snatched it and padded a few feet away> he layed down and ate the meat. "See ya, bud." She walked away, waving to Crow. Akai looked up.he blushed in embarassment of his selfishness. "Want some?" he offered the meat

"That's okay," Crow said. "I'll eat later." She shook her pelt when the snow started to coat it again. "I'll see you back near the den." She said, trotting back towards a rock den, and lied down outside, crossing her legs then setting her head on them. She perked her ears when she saw another rabbit. With a quiet groan, Crow stood back up and pushed off with her hind legs, chasing after it.

He shrugged and finished it. he saved one peice for her. He looked up. he didn't realize she left. He followe dher scent, which was sinking into the snow. He trotted after it. His tongue flapped like a proud flag.
