He looked at her slowly before standing up. "Well, if there's anything you need help with, you know where to find me." Slowly, he turned away from her and left, padding through the forest looking for something more to eat.

He crept through the underbrush, his footsteps nearly noiseless. Here and there, he smelled a washed away scent of a small creature. A few times the scent of a deer or elk wafted through his nostrils and he had the urge to follow the relatively fresh scents, but was alone and knew he had no chance.
In the end, he settled with a plump rabbit, but didn't eat it. Instead, he dragged it back to camp and seeked out Kaala.
"Do you want any of this?" he asked politely.

He smiled. "No problem," he said, tearing it in half with his teeth. He gave her the bigger half and lay down under a tree to eat.
