((Yes we can start....lol, and if you guys wanna create second dogs you can I did LOL))

The Sun was rising over the Lucky 13 Ranch, all the dogs were just starting to wake up. Tia and Mike Gold were going about feeding all the dogs food dishes and water dishes. Then one by one they released the 13 members of the group out into the huge field that was the majority of the Rescue sight, all the dogs were kept under constant watch by the elder Gold family members while the children went to school

Mojo finished off his food happily not paying any attention to the humans or the other barking dogs until his bowl was empty. He then leapt from his kennel and streatched out his long lean body looking around he sighed before he began walking around the yard.

Lilac whined softly laying at the entrence to her kennel to scared to leave her safe haven just yet.

Dax growled as he was given his food, not stopping until the human left. Gobbling up his food, he licked his chops and went out into the field to renew the scent markers of his "territory". None of the humans even knew that he had boundaries since they couldn't smell them.

Bluejay was sleeping in her kennel. not paying attention to her food. She was sleeping in the inside part of her kennel, well not really sleeping, she looked like she was sleeping but really she was just gazing through the little hole made for her too back and forth through her indoor and outdoor kennels. Her brown eyes gazing out t where the other dogs play. She watched them. But ignored all attempts to eat or drink. She sighed, and closed her eyes, longing for Peter, her old Owner, a harder case than she was. She was brought to him as a puppy, and than grew to care for him as well as he cared for her. She got up, shaking the thought out of her head. Every day, her outdoor kennel door was opened, and she never passed through it, unless she had to use the bathroom. But she never passed through it to go outside for fun. Her paw pads were deeply calloused, from the lack of grass. She looked out the window watching the hot sun, and watching the other dogs, their coats bright from sun, hers dull from lack of sun.

Dax finished remarking his territory and roamed around the inside of his border like he did every day, looking out for any trespassers. After being taught to fight for so long, he found it hard to just sit there alone. He almost missed the feeling of tearing into another dog's flesh. Almost.

Bluejay walked to the open door, and sat outside, looking into the sky, and then put her paw on the grass, and then her other, but rethinking, she quickly went back to her kennel, stomach rumbling , she grabbed a piece of food in her mouth, looked around, and ate it, and then took a mouthful, seeing one of the humans, she ran into the indoor enclosure, and swallowed the food without chewing. She was starving, but didn't like anybody around when she ate. She stuck her head out. Making sure the coast was clear, and even though there were dogs nearby, she gobbled down all of the food. And licked the bowl clean. For once she wasn't just about to pass up food. She grabbed her bowl, and walked to the open door of her enclosure, and then without thinking, ran out, bowl in mouth, and ran to Paul gold. He still had the food bag. Her boney frame wobbled as she ran to him, and sat in front of him, putting the bowl at his feet, and barked. A high pitched bark. What she used to do when Peter was still around.

Mojo trotted around the field sniffing and marking himself, his ears pricked catching everysound, he could hear the other dogs barking and making all sorts of noises. But he pretty much ignored them all, he was in his own world his white coat catching the sun and flashing brightly.

Lilac watched the other dogs and pressed herself even more into the floor, the memories of her life before here were to much for her, so over whelming, she began panting in a stressed out manner whining loudly now.

Paul blinked and looked down, smiling at BlueJay. "Still hungry huh?" he asked in a kind gentle voice, he kneeled down and refilled the bowl. "Eat a little slower pretty girl," he said softly. "I promise, will take care of you forever if you need us too," He said softly not trying to touch the dog unless she offered to be petted.

Bluejay shed back a little, and then once the food bowl was filled she started to eat. Her eyes darting from the food, to Paul, and back. Her ears slowly relaxed. Her tail starting to wag. But stopped, and lay limp at her haunches, and her ears went against her head, as she heard a squirrel snap a twig, and her head darted up. But she realized it wasn't a predator and went back to eating finishing within 2 minutes and licking the bowl clean. She then grabbed her bowl again, and trotted back to her enclosure, walking into it and then dropping the bowl on the ground and then laying down at the opening of her cage, watching the other dogs.
