Jericho trotted through the narrow paths of Sun Pack's territory, his ears perked as he took in the scents around him. He had woken up early this morning and had decided to go out on a morning run. Just to check the borders of the turf for any trouble. That, and because he was bored and needed to do something. He hummed lowly in his throat as the pleasant breeze ruffled up his mulit-colored fur. Mmm.. This is one of the best mornings so far this season. I should do this more often.

"Stop ignoring my question. What rank do you possess?" Arietta gave him a small death glare, impatient with his quietness. She kept changing her position, unable to stand still.she quickly resolved to circling, ADHD kicking in.

"Beta male." Tak said watching her. "Would you please stop moving?"

"I get distracted easily, and restless. And impatient." Arietta perked at his rank. she had been fighting with a beta. no wonder she couldn't move out from under him. He was built on muscle and bone. She was just bones and little meat in a bag of fur. Other than her skill in jumping and hunting, she was worthless.

"Now-" He said and herd a rustle in the bushs. He jumped up and punced on a rabbit. "Stupied, rabbit." He snickered, killing it. He jumped back out. "Now, since you survied- witch I dont let happen." He said and placed the rabbit in front of Arietta. "Now, what was your name again?" He asked, watching her still.

Putting a paw on the rabbit's tail, Arietta found a cut at the neck and used one of her canines to pull at it. Grabbing the meat on the inside, she pulled it out successfully and ate. "I can hunt for myself,and you never told me yours. Why should I tell mine to a complete stranger?"

"Because I'm trying to help and it not like your giving me any thanks for hunting." Tak growled. "Fine then, I'm the 'stranger' leaving you to fend for yourself. And I mean, who knows what out here..." He said and slowly padded away.

"Ariette. But I go by Arietta. And if you left me to fend for myself, a third of your elk would be gone before a third moon ends. And thanks...." Arietta huffed. She followed him and stayed at his side, looking straight ahead,but cautious of the brute's movements. He could lash out at her at any moment, and she'd be doomed.
