►▶▸Her ears swiveled back and forth as she drank from the creek. She wasn't too keen on anyone sneaking up on her. With her luck, it would be a pack member and she would freak out with an aggressive attack. And when she did hear noise, it was her own brothers. She lifted her head and looked at her brother smirking at him as he stalked toward her.

Then, the howl came to them and her heart beat jumped. She stood hesitantly on all four legs with her nose to the sky not only listening to the howl but smelling for any others that might be in the area. Any other outsiders, that is. She looked back at her brother who yipped at her and then started out on a run for the alpha. She followed out behind him, but soon began to speed ahead of him because of her smaller frame.

Upon arriving at the alpha, she surveyed the land and circled the alpha looking outwards for any threat that might be hiding before standing before the alpha and bowing her head in respect. She looked at her brother as he asked her what happened and then stared at the alpha waiting for her answer.

►▶▸A ways away he heard lapping in the creek. He shifted his neck up and he turned his ears toward the noise only finding his sister. Her white coat shining like a sore thumb in the middle of the valley. He huffed, that was why she wasn't really so good at hunting. Everyone could see her. But she was quick and agile. So that made up for it.

He growled silently out of boredom and continued to sniff walking in the direction of his sister, but then a howl made the hairs on his back prickle. It was the sound of the alpha, and it didn't sound too good. He growled out of protectiveness and looked up at his sister who's head was held high with suspicion and wonder. He yipped at her and then began to run to the sound of the alpha.

Upon arriving he could see that she had been injured. It wasn't life threatening but it certainly did not look comfortable. He looked at her bewildered on why she was hurt and then looked around for the attacker of course finding no one. He looked back at the alpha, his ears swiveling constantly listening while he asked her, "What happened?"

Justine looked at the pack, and looked at the ground, then back up at them. "I have a brother." She continued, "He's alive, and he attacked me. If and when he gets wolves on his side, we could be in for it. From now on, no one is going anywhere alone. You must bring someone with you wherever you go. I know my brother. He wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone." She had a serious look on her face. "I need to watch out for you all." She looked seriously concerned. She cared about this pack.

Lullaby gave a soft whisper. How was she to look for herbs? Others would merely get fed up with how long she took to find the right herbs. Nobody would go with her. She thought about going alone, but that was most definitely not an option. No matter what, she was to obey. As far as she knew, she may be the only healer of the pack. May as well be, anyway. She didn't want to bother her Alphess, though, so just nodded. Lullaby scanned her leader's body, then said, "Would you like me to clean those up for you? I don't want any cuts getting infected."

Justine nodded. "Please." She accepted, trotting over to Lullaby.

Lullaby nods, and turns, padding towards her den. She grabs a nut that had a paste in it made from chervil leaves. She grabbed the nut tenderly, and swooped up some cobwebs before returning to Justine. She sits, and begins applying the paste onto her cuts. "Sorry if it stings," she says. "Any gashes you think I'll need to wrap up?" Lullaby questions, still smearing on the green paste.

Justine whimpered quietly at the stinging. It wasn't hurting too bad, but it was just annoying to her. She answered, "Nah.. Nothing was too serious."

"You're a good Alphess. I wouldn't expect you to get too hurt in a fight like that," Lullaby remarks. She wasn't trying to kiss up; truly, she thought it was the truth. "Done," Lullaby said as she spread the last of the green paste on and threw the shell into the woods.

Justine nodded. "Thank you. But Jazz is twice my size.."

Lullaby shrugs. "But you're a good fighter." She smiles softly. "And small size isn't that bad," she says with a small, playful roll of her eyes. She herself was small too.

Justine was bigger than the average female, so her brother is massive. "Yeah.."
