Beasts of War

Prt 1. - The Catalyst

The humans did this to you, you do know that right? They're the ones that can be blamed on every death, on this war. They're the ones at fault. It was all an silly experiment to them, and they probably find it amusing when we slaughter each other. It's a own fact that when put under pressure wild cats will fight, and well this... this is a lot of pressure. This reserve it's a forest, a wide-spread forest that the humans guard with an electric fence. When you try to break out it'll zap you, and rumors go around that some cats have even died trying to escape the fence. Now whether this is just an exaggeration or not is up to you to decide. But the trouble isn't the fence, it isn't the humans that use hidden cameras to watch us, it's the others... You see both tigers and lions were put in this reserve to see how the species would mingle in larger numbers. Normally lions and tigers behave natural around each other given the right situations and circumstances. But here and now the two species we hate each other. A war broke out, late in the first year of this experiment. The humans were baffled, but they did not remove us, they waited and continued to watch as he fought with each other, dying in vain and war. Dying before we even lived....

Now everything seems to be getting more heated between us. The lions have taken the western side of the reserve, and the tiger's the eastern side. We don't usually cross paths unless we have to, and in those times almost always blood is drawn and a fight is started. But we're trying to move on from our hatred with each other, we try to remain to our clan or pride (as the case may be.) Regardless we all know that war will eventually take over and only one species will thrive...

1. All ChickenSmoothe / Tess rules apply to this roleplay. Do not join without being familiar with them.
2. This is a semi-literate roleplay, meaning you should give a paragraph or two per response. Also this means you need to have good spelling and grammar. I don't expect you to be flawless, but please try.
3. Try to keep genders even. I will not enforce this, but if there gets to be a crowd of females joining with females will not be allowed.
4. Do not power-play. Please only play your own characters, I've seen a lot of power-players in my roleplaying life and it's very unfair and impolite.
5. Though forbidden romances are allowed don't everyone have one.
6. Do not use images in your regular posts, this includes fontmeme. It's images, no?
7. I have the right to change, add, or remove any of these rules at any given time.
8. Don't join just to quit. If you join up I expect you to be a loyal member of the roleplay.
9. I have the right to not accept bios, I can judge by them your literacy.

Name: Jericho
Age: 2 Yrs.
Gender: Male.
Status: Male Pride-member.

Personality: Jericho is your typical young male lion, brash, bold, reckless, and stubborn. He cares all these bad traits unknowingly though, and believes that he is a great example of a lion, and that he isn't like the rest of his peers. He is very determined, and would give paw and limb to prove a point, and to follow through with what he believes in. He's not really aggressive, just stupid, and his stupidity often causes him to look more menacing and nasty than he really is. He's not a softy either though, and usually doesn't like to cuddle and get close with others. He has a very short attendance span and usually needs to be doing something to make sure that his mind is occupied and he doesn't get into trouble. Usually though the things that he does to occupy himself get him into trouble, and not the other way around. He is very direct upon talking to others and usually skips right to the point, whether or not it's blunt and rude or not. He has no realization of others feelings, and will just go along with what he says. He's very strong for a lion his age however and with his determination stubbornness it makes him one heck of an enemy.
