i creeped out of a bush seeing samantha and her father comforted me but something was wrong with sammy he padded coutiously forward .

i flipped around 'hey dan' i said nuzzling him .

Riverbed couldn't help being a little scared to have a wolf so close to her pups. She took a deep breath and leaned close to them. "Why don't you go see your new uncle." She tipped her had towards Dan. The pups squealed and ran towards him, asking him nosy questions like, "Where did you find our aunt?'' and "Are you going to stay?"

i laughed i was at least twice the size of samantha and these pups were so small. 'um i think im staying'

"Yay!" Lucy jumped as high as she could and landed on Dans chest. She crawled up onto his back. The other pups followed, bringing Dan to the ground. Lucy jumped on his back giggling. While Nell and Dash beat his sides with there paws. Markus, began to lightly chew on his ear. None of these pups feared Dan. "I am so sorry!" Riverbed said as she ran up to them.

dan laughed 'no need ' he jumped to his paws making lucy and nell fall of he softly swated marckus and dash spinning in the air doing a 360 .

Markus fell on his shoulder, he began to cry loudly. "Owwweeee My shoulder!" He ran to his mother and looked up at her, tears in his eyes. "I fell wrong, I gave my shoulder and owwe." Riverbed licked his tears away. "It's okay, you shouldn't of played so roughly. Go apologize to Dan. All of you and we will play a game." "Okay..." Markus whined as he limped up to Dan. "I'm sorry I was so rough." he said. "Yeah." Lucy whimpered.

dan laughed 'im sorry i played so rough' he said lowering his head to ask for riverbeds forgivness he then turned to sammy who was making whinning noises .

sammy couldnt stay on his paws no longer and collapsed

"Sammy!" Holly ran up to her mate and stared hopelessly at him. She began to lick his neck as tears ran down her cheeks. "No.. It can't be time yet! You need to see our pups when there born." She looked straight at Dan. "Dan! Please help me carry him back to camp!"

dan ears went back and raced towards sammy ' sammy! '

samantha ran next to riverbed screamng'dad!' in uison
