Seth's fur bristled, the silver and black standing on end making him look bigger beneath his thickening coat. His good eye searched the dense brush ahead, finding a pair of eyes looking back at them, belonging to a wolf who looked rather comfortable in their territory. Though he had meant to be silent in his approach, a feral growl built in his throat, rumbling in his chest before it burst from his mouth, fogs of breath lifting from his muzzle. If the trespasser had simply been lost, or a lone wolf traveling through, he would have simply escorted them away, but there was only one pack this defiant wolf could have come from.

"Vanished Dreams." The words came out buried beneath snarls, an immense distaste evident in his voice. His tongue twisted in his jaws, as if even saying the pack's name left a unwelcome taste in his mouth. Without turning his head away from the outsider, he spoke again to Catori. "Is the alpha aware?" He hissed. Not that the alpha was needed for a single trespassing wolf, though Seth would find it humorous if their less than friendly alpha was made aware of an unwanted visitor.

The beta moved forward, eyes locked on the other female. "We will remove her from the territory, and make sure she knows not to return." There was malice in his voice, it was obvious Seth was not in one of his sullen moods.

Female || Faded Shadows || Omega || Watching the stranger

Lamia was deep in conversation with her dead mother when her stronger-than-average nose became distracted. It twitched at the end of her jagged muzzle, and she turned her head away from the commanding presence of the brown wolf. It was rare for Lamia to catch a scent that she didn't know. For an omega, she was very attentive to who was in the pack and what they were up to. This was a stranger. And stranger's were not welcome by her. She hoisted her gray body off the ground and turned away from the imaginary wolf sitting in front of her. "We'll finish this later, Mum," she seethed as she walked away. Her gait was something unusual for an omega. Instead of the head down, tail tucked, ears back, submissive approach, Lamia walked with a dutiful gait, her ears forward while her nose sat in the middle of where it could have been. She passed through trees, weaving her way between the thick trunks as the smell grew stronger in her nose. Voices began to sound in her ears, and she made out the words "Vanished Dreams" before too long. Well, it seemed as if someone was already taking care of the manner, but Lamia wanted to be a part of this, as well. The absent-minded fae trotted forward through the trees until she saw the vague shapes of what she thought were three wolves. Her nose told her it was the Catori and Seth from her own pack and that this stranger was female. Lamia doubted they would accept any help from her. The lowly omega was often a nuisance to other wolves, even though the fae was sometimes quite capable of lending a hand.

Crimson let a smile spread across his muzzle. "Good, but remember, if you feel at all unwell while we're on patrol, just head back to camp." He watched as her pelt blew with thee wind, as his did. He looked around, searching for Zephyr. His eyes switched back to Akiko's Golden brown eyes, which now had a sympathetic look to them. " Why don't we go look for Zephyr to organize a patrol, if we can't find him,we'll organize one our own." He turned and flicked his tail for the fae to follow him. Another breeze than rolled by, colder than the last one. This fall is ending soon and he knew this winter was going to be one of the harshest he had seen in a long time. That meant that tensions we're going to be greater between the two packs. He just hoped that the only scuffles they would get in would be over food..

Diablo's ears perked at her words. Was, was she saying she didn't need his help? She should. It seems everyone in this pack could use some sense knocked into them. His fur began to rise but then he realized he wasn't responding. He quickly let it lay flat again and nodded to her. "Very well. Do come and find me though when you feel, ready, to collect some wolves." With that, he turned and trotted away. It didn't take long for him to smell all of these wolves in one area. Only, he didn't realize there was a different small until he was close. Once he got there, he realized the dilemma. Well this shouldn't be hard for everyone, no need for crowds.. Just kill the fae. If she doesn't belong she shouldn't be alive. He didn't say that though. Instead he just quietly approached his pack members.

R a i n sat, simply resting for a while. Suddenly, she felt a pain strike her ribs, so unexpected that she howled in pain. The pup's wanted out, she knew that... She realised what was happening. She heaved herself to her wobbly paws, shaking. Another pain shot down her abdomen; she whined. The fae wobbled to her den, covering herself so she could be alone...
It took at least a painful hour before three pups lay by Rain's side, drinking furiously. She licked them, proud of her work. She examined eack of them carefully; two were male, with one female. The little girl was a big one; just like her father. She had the same light tan-red coat as well. The other one was a tiny, mouse-grey brute; the runt of the litter. The last was a normal sized wolf, with a mix of red and grey.

S n o w watched him leave, smiling slightly. He padded down to the river, checking for any easy prey. A squirrel was snooping about the other side of the river, but he couldn't get over there without arousing it. He shook his head, Winter was coming fater than the river's current, and the pack needed to be ready.

Akiko nodded, trying her best to look a lot more enthusiastic about going out on patrol with her alpha. She erased the sympathetic feeling, and put it in the back of her head, focusing on being happy. At least she was going to have something to do today. The fae flicked her ears and got to her paws, following the large, jet black brute. A colder breeze pushed past the two, and her small body quivered a bit as it passed. She could tell her alpha was worried about something, but she didn't say anything to the amber eyed brute just yet, although she watched him closely, wondering what could be wrong. She continued to follow behind him.

-- [Like his mother in size, Mouse is a rather small wolf, if you compare him to the average wolf. He is at least half a head lower than the rest of the pack, and it suits him. The rest of his body is average.]

He has a bit of a moody attitude towards his pack mates when they don't listen or cause trouble in the pack.]

Kage was content as he followed Catori, it was nice to just quietly walk with someone through the territory. He felt safe, Catori would protect him if something jumped out at them. He didn't mind that she didn't start up a conversation, she had probably ran out of patience when asking him to walk with her. Or she didn't want a conversation from the start, but instead just wanted a quiet walk with someone who she knew wouldn't try to instigate a conversation. Suddenly a loud snap rang out and birds were quickly leaving the area. What was going on? His tail instantly curled to touch his stomach and he crouched in fear, ready to bolt away when the enemy revealed itself. He was shaking by the time Catori turned to check on him, and when he looked up at her all he saw was her mouthing 'Moon' before she moved away. Moon? What was the rest of her orders? He let out a silent and pitiful whine, Catori was gone and he didn't know what she had said.

By the time he saw Seth a little ways away, heading in Catori's direction, he was still frozen in fear and confusion. Should he go find her and ask, or should he find their alpha? Getting Snow sounded like the smart thing to do, but what did Catori say to him? He didn't want to disobey her orders. He then spotted Diablo heading towards where his packmates were, and he turned and ran. If the Lead Fighter had come, something bad was to happen, not to mention that the Beta was already there. He rushed back to their home, he needed to warn Snow that something was attacking! He was panting heavily by the time he reached the camp. Where was Snow? "Snow! Snow!" He barked, desperately searching around to find the male. "Catori, Seth, and Diablo are fighting off an invasion!" He called out, hoping the Alpha would hear him from where ever he turned out to be.

Cash smiled softly. Big bad beta was gonna beat her up and chase her out? She tried not to burst out laughing so she held her breath. She rolled her sharp blue eyes and swished her tail on the dirty ground stirring up leaves and dirt. She rolled her eyes once more and Cash snickered quietly.
