Storm in MayKeres || Mare || Dynamite's Lead || Pregnant
The live chestnut mare shook out her coat, standing deep in the falling snow. Despite her tall, skinny figure, she was not affected by the cold, and rather enjoyed the numbness it brought. Though now, she was a little large with foal; Dynamites soon to be. She was looking forward to the newborn, as she had since Niah's arrival. She had at first despised her stallion, but now she cared about him, and him alone, as well as her offspring; excluding Armor. She was not Dynamites foal. She was an abomination. The live chestnut mare pawed at the ground, uncovering bitter grass to eat slowly.
Kashka || Mare || Dynamite's Herd
The young chestnut dappled filly was turning two in a few days, and was aware that soon she would be leaving her fathers herd. She knew she was like his prize, and he would want the best for her. She loved her papa, even after he had given her a scar on her shoulder, and almost killed her friend Tao; though now she understood why he did not like her friend. A whole rival thing between males, and sometimes mares, but not as often. She gave her black mane a few good shakes as she stood near her mother; calmly awaiting for Spring.
Kenai || Mare || Loner/Lithium's Herd
The Konik mare shook out her mane, calmly standing over Chaos third foal from her. She was unsure what to do with the little filly, as she no longer wanted anything to do with Chaos or any part of him. She would only make an except for Bullet so far, and the grulla mare had not seen her filly since she had first tried to leave Chaos last spring. The grulla mare pinned her ears back for the time, contemplative as she swatted her tail back and forth.
Adiba || Mare || Pride's Herd
The blue roan mare found herself to be rather cold as she stood where Pride had left her, a series of shivers running through her already timid body. She thought for a moment, and began to turn, herding her yearling towards a nearby cave, hoping inside it would provide a little more warmth for herself and her filly. After all, Pride had not chased Myra away, so he hoped the two would get along, unlike how Pride and his other foal had. Adiba did not want to loose her first filly.
Myra || Filly || Pride's Herd
The young blue roan filly stood beneath her mother, shivering, despite the draft that she held in her frame, and veins. She had not seen her father in a while, so she obeyed her mother's will to move inside where it could possibly be warmer. Where had Pride gone to? Before she was fully inside, she gave a whinny. Maybe he was near them somewhere? She hoped so, though soon grew a little to cold for her own comfort, and moved to lay against her mothers cold barrel on the ground.It took a little while, but soon the young filly was asleep beside her mother; whom slept on and off for a little while.
Lore || Mare || Loner
The black brindled mare hung her head low, shuffling slowly through the snow. Again she had felt abandoned..Morocco seemed to dissapear, and she had held some hope for the new stallion, but now she guessed she was wrong. She glanced back at her two year old to be this spring, Legends last foal before he died, and her second foal, Cayden, whom was falling behind. She nickered sweetly, pausing in her upset trudge to let the growing mare catch up, and when she had, she continued on, falling numb soon after.
Cayden || Filly | Loner
The young draft filly followed behind her mother, knowing that she was upset that the new stallion had dissapeared, and left them alone. She rather liked the stallion as well, he played with her. She listened to her mother's sweet nicker, trying plainly to be hopeful of finding a place to stay, and picked up her pace slightly to catch up to her. Her white brindled coat didn't stick out from the snow much, so it was hard to see the filly as it snowed. A soft sigh escaped her maw as she trudged behind her mother.
Armor || Mare || Loner
The liver chestnut mare shook out her silvery mane, her silver tail lashing from one side to another. Trigger had finally dissapeared, and moved on, good riddance, she snorted ruefully, and glanced back at his only son, whom was almost a year old, and she still had not named. He would have no name. He was unloved as she was by her parents and families, only wanted for making foals. She bared her teeth at the young colt, snapping them before continuing on, finally settling in a lukewarm cave.
Odyssey || Mare || Loner
The blue roan spotted mare shook out her black hued mane, her large hooves carrying her towards the valley. She did not care of stallions or foals; having never had one before in her life, even as she neared her seventh year. A short snort left the mares muzzle as she began to paw at the ground, hoping to uncover some grass in the winter covered ground. Perhaps she would find some in this lonely, so far desolate, place. Her tail lashed behind her, no scent revealing her place in the winter place of the valley.
Aurora || Mare || Shetan's Herd
The white spotted mare calmly moved beside Shetan/The black, glad to be with him once more. She nuzzled against his shoulder gently, showing her affection towards him, and hoping that he wasn't to upset still because of the other stallion. She was still his, and wanted to be his for a long while still. She nickered softly through the snow, her blue eyes looking ahead, though occasionally looking at her stallion. "I know of a little cave ahead that we can stay in until the storm passes." She nickered softly. She had found it shortly after being separated from The Black during the last big rain storm, she had spent a few nights by herself, and once with a lost filly, whom their mother found them soon after.
Niah || Stallion || Sable
The black colt shook out his mane, remaining close to his small family. Lately he realized he had been becoming very distance, and drifting away from his family. He felt bad for it now, and wanted to do with them again, fully. He stepped forward to nuzzle against Sable's shoulder, apologizing to his only mare. He was still unsure if he would seek out for mares for his herd, though for now, he would have only Sable.
The colt{Armors} || Colt || Loner
The colt had breifly known his sire, Trigger, but knew him, and his mother well enough to know his mother was unhappy with her first sons birth. He could tell even further when his mother snapped her teeth at him, letting out a vicious snort into his piebald face. He held a white coat, with spots of brown and black, as well as a single spot of Palomino coloring on his muzzle, beneath his right eye. Though, watching his mother step inside a cave and lay down, he laid down beside her barrel, and she did not push him away this time. He gave a little nicker to his unfriendly mother, though was only met with silence as the young mother; whom was only four years old this winter, stared outside.
Storm In May || Colt || With Adara{Loners}
The yearling colt; blind in his right eye, moved behind Adara, staring at what he could see of her frame quietly. He was glad that the mare would let him stay with her, and not just leave him as his mother had. A short nicker left his muzzle as he bounded up to the mares shoulder, giving it a brief nuzzle of thanks to the mare. He wanted her to know that he was glad she was their so far.
