Bullet walked obediently into the cave, her belly moving up and down with her gait. She waited for him to come too, as she expected him to stay with her.
Chaos nuzzled December back. "No problem at all," he said, walking by her side. "Look, there's a small opening in the thicket. There's probably some sort of shelter in the deepest part." He began to lead her there.
Zelda reared up, ears pinned, eyes flashing as the stallion came towards her, his intent clear. "Not so fast, ssstallion," she said, dodging him as he came near. Her voice was slurred in an eerie manner, her face with a look of intelligence. Her s's sounded like a snake's warning hiss.
