Lia sat under a tree for a nice cool spot, she hit the flies on her with her tail. She was getting hungry and hadn't seen anything to eat today, so she just sat and waited for something to happen.

Aero had found a few more rabbits and snacked on them. Now he was laying on his side on a mostly flat rock, letting the sun heat up his fur. He closed his eyes and was at peace.

Mako bowed his head at Naomi and thanked her with a grin on his face, then he turned to Adela.
"Why not now? I'm hyped up to go! Why don't you come too Naomi? The more the merrier! Unless of course you need to stay with the pride that is." He bounded a few meters away, he could see a herd of antelope off in the distance and already had his battle plan of surrounding them and striking the most vulnerable. Hunting was where Mako felt at home, he was in his element.
Plus it was where he was the one giving commands, not recieving. He felt better being a leader than a follower.

Adela laughed softly at Mako's enthusiasm. "Alright, let's be off then," she said and waited for him to lead on. She too saw the antelope heard now and started looking for the weak ones as she walked up next to Mako. (Sucky post )

"Yeah, I suppose I can help. The pride will be find without me for a little while." Naomi said quietly and padded after the , Mako and Adela. Her eyes were already searching for the best prey possible and now that they had another pair of eyes and jaws they could easily bring down the antelope faster.

"Too good," Mako growled gently, getting into his 'Zone', "You guys got the battle plan? Naomi, take the left side, Adela, the right. I'll sneak round the back and we surround them, any that stray too far from the rest we strike. Yes? Whenever you guys are ready." He smiled and took a slow step forward, his whole body close to the ground.

Naomi nodded and lowered herself to the ground, her ears lay flat against her skull as she skimmed the herd for an old or weak member. Soon, she spotted a buck towards the back of the herd with a broken leg. Her eyes widen as she glanced at Adela and Mako, signaling to attack that one.

Mako nodded dicreetly and edged a little closer to Naomi, claws out and ready to strike. As soon as they were all ready, Mako gave the signal, and they struck, in a flurry of teeth and claws the buck was on the dusty ground waving its legs wildly. In one quick motion, Mako gave the final strike and pulled his teeth away from the lifeless antelope. He grinned at the others, pleased with their kill.

Naomi glanced at Mako and Adela, breathless. Licking her lips she glanced up at the sky, already vultures circled above them, waiting for scraps. "We need to get the others before any other predators come." She warned the two, snarling softly as a vulture got to close for comfort.
