here you will learn how to ride and much more,now fallow me and I will explane the rules of the academy
-No horses inside. They stay outside in the pastures or in the stables
-No mixed genders in the lodgings-
-Guys aren't allowed in the girls' lodging, and girls aren't allowed in the guys' lodging-
-Curfew is at 9:30(there will be someone calling role and checking the rooms)-
-Breakfast is at 7:00-
-No riding or jumping alone.you must have some one with you-
-No food in the lodgings-
-Cell Phones are only permitted on trail rides-
-No going to the stables after 10:00-
-no public displays of affection-
-if you are caught mistreating a horse you will be expelled and sent home-
{ It is encouraged to break some of these rules }

now that you know the rules you are ready for a tour of the estate,lets start with the lodgings

there are two identical buildings on ether side of the flat with two large fountains in between them. each student has their own dorm with a bathroom and a closet with the option to decorate it as they want

the staff cabin is for staff only,end of story

there are two large stables with a designated stall for each horse

the feed room holds all the food for the horses and other pets,every one has their own cubby for their horses food and food for their other pets

there is a large tack room at the end of every stables. each student has a saddle rack and a row of hooks and cubbies marked with his or her's name

the pasture is for riders to let there horses take a brake and stretch their legs

The Dressage arena is only used for competitions as practicing/training can be done in the schools, but the Cross-Country course is both used for schooling and competitions.

The Show Jumping course is only used for competitions as there are jumps and poles provided for jumping/practicing in the schools.

the barrel racing track is for practicing and training for rodeos or just for a good race
