For years dogs have been allowed to breed and breed. Creating many crossbreds and many bezare dogs. They have bred so many times that Mutts have become common in the streets of New York city. Dogs that have no identity...that no human claims that they could never love or want. It's not the dogs fault...they didn't choose to be a mutt or a crossbred.....humans have become irresponsible owners.
