"Ah, yet I hate not being filled in with details, it upsets me." Naomi said quietly before shaking her head of the thoughts, "Anything. Where have you come from? What are you doing on your own?" She asked, laying down on her ivory belly as though it was story time for a young pup.
Tsukre smiled and nipped at her ears playfully. "I suppose this means your Beta Female." He grinned.
"I suppose it does." Adolphus nipped at his tail gently and flicked her ears slightly. "I am now even higher than I was, thanks to our love." She giggled and licked him again.
"Because you are the Alpha? Power comes with knowing there are some things not in your power. In response to your question, I must say that what I just said is something my Brother, and little - mate, must learn in time. That's why I'm out here on my own." Maverick's absent tone made it seem as if he weren't in the position to want to talk about or explain what he'd just said further.
Naomi huffed out a sigh and watched the male, "If you do not want to talk about your past, that is quite fine." Her ears suddenly perked as a chilly breeze swept by her, sending a chill down her spine. "I told you the storm wasn't over yet. I can feel another large storm coming." She said softly. Her years of being Alpha taught her how to read the wind and sky.
Tsukre chuckled and layed down, he soon noticed the fog slowly go away but a sudden chill swept through the den. "Hmmm... Hope Naomi will be alright." He said softly before turning his attention to Adolphus, he licked her forehead softly.
"It's said that we must learn from our past, no matter how horrid they can be. Once I learn mine's lesson, I'll be sure to share." Maverick spoke quietly, before his senses sprung to alert at her comment. "May I ... Follow you this time? Leaving you alone I've realized now was a mistake, love."
"Of course you may follow along. It was nice of you to ask." Naomi spoke with a soothing tone, as if storms happened every day in her life which was not true of course. "Sha'll we head back now or wait a while longer. Either way is fine." She finished.
"Naomi is strong, powerful, she will be alright." Adolphus smiled and lay her head down, wondering where Naomi was. "The storm is another minute or so away, she will make it." She replied to her own statement softly.
"Alright, follow me." Naomi said quickly, getting up and trotting off towards the directions of her pack's den. It was a mile or so away from the river, but she knew they would make it.
Tsukre nodded and placed his head over her neck protectively.
