Kona looked up to belle, his hazel eyes sad, "I don't think it's right for me to say" he said with a nod, looking from belle to the other stallion, then back to the mare that seemed to always make his heart skip a beat.

Jagger huffed, "They probably want to expose those rude vhildren to wildlife" he said with a stomp of his hoof.

Rainstorm laughed, "wildlife," she said rearing slightly, "They shouldnt expose them to wildlife that isnt in the wild," she said turning to glare at the children wanting to pet them.

Wind felt that desperate hope flare in his chest as Shane shook his head at Kona. Maybe I'll get picked! He stood even taller, trying to look like the right pick. Even if you are picked..will Bella like you? The evil voice was back in Win's head. He tried to ignore it and kept his eyes alert and forward.

"We are considered wildlife" Jagger chuckled, "Maybe me, though I don't know about you" he said, nudging her shoulder then playfully winking.

Wind held his head high despite the voice inside his head, yelling at him. He knew he had a small chance to be picked and he hoped that he would be with his love, Bella. She made him feel important and not stupid. She made his heart soar and him forget his sad memories of his herd. I don't know what I would do without Belle...He thought and almost lowered his head but then he remembered and kept it up.
