I waited for my heart rate to slow, but it never did. I couldn't quite control my pulse when I was in company of other wolves. Hesitantly, I slowly sat back on my haunches, not taking my wary eyes off the fighter. They're not here yet? the question was out of my mouth before I could say anything, so I just sat there, tense and waiting to be snapped at and bitten. After all, isn't that what happened when Omegas spoke up?
