Merry nodded with a slight smile. Deep down he was worried sick, but he tried to keep a calm face. "How much does it hurt?".

Mistress shook her paw a little then placing it on the ground. "not much?" She grimaced when she put weight on it quickly smiling again.

"We need to get back..." Merry said, afterall back at camp they could get proper treatment for her. "You can lean on me if you want.".

Mistress nodded gratefully standing up and limping over to Merry.

Merry met her half way. He let her lean on him.

Mistress looked at him then leaning on him, started on her way back to camp. Every now and then her eyes glaxed over with pain but she continued.

Merry matched her moves. [i]What if she doesn't get better!?[i] He thought sadly.

Mistress thought to herself. /Alpha is everything to me..wait a minute..why is he so nice./ She smiled at the thought and looked ahead. "how are you?" She said trying to start a coversation.

"Well, good untill this." Merry replied. "What about you?" He asked, trying to look friendly.
