Mistress looked at him. "Are you leaving? Or staying with me?"

"Your my leader. You give the orders." Merry barked. "But I wouldn' mind either.".

Mistress looked at the ground. "...you may go if you wish..." She siad lying her head down on her paws.

[Little Blackie]

Merry dipped his head. He pretended to go outside and instead went beside her, creeping as silently as possible. He sat down and wondered if she'd notice him.

Mistress hadnt noticed him there and she lifted her head wondering where he went so fast. She cocked her head to the side then wiped a paw over her face (the noninjured one.) She murmed to herself unaudibly.

Merry smiled slightly. He was content to wait. She'd hear his breathing soon enough.

Mistress ltwitched her ears and sniffing the air. She smelt him but she thought hed left. Now she was confused. She turned her head to the side looking around but hitting his chest by accident. She pulled her head back surprised then realized it was Merry and she laughed. "Have you ben there the entire time."

"Yep." Merry chuckled. "And I'll stay here if youwant.".
