William caught her relief and smiled before he removed the whole saddle and tossed it over the door wall to be taken into the tack room

Karma still breathed heavily, laying on her side completely, trying to find a way to make the pain stop.

Skor nosed the barn wall experimentally but it was pretty sturdy and he snorted angrily.

Karma snorted softly in fear, looking up at William, lashing her tail slightly. worried about everything.

Shea stood silently, just flicking her tail every now and then, letting out a soft huff of breath before lazily laying on the ground, scanning her surroundings. lipping Tyson's ankle softly and shyly. Just wanting him to know she liked being around him.

Chex reared up once more before settling snorting softly as she dripped with sweat, and her nostrils were still flared but saw the boy as being kind. She snorted softly and lowered her head ignoring the wound on her rump after the trucker slammed on the break and she fell into the floor cutting herself a little. Chex flicked her tail and then when she felt the pain she turned her head to it and then back to face the boy then back to the wound as if to say 'it hurts'

William rubbed Karma's forehead in a comforting gesture. He didn't like seeing his mare distressed and the fact that it was because of a stallion made him mad. "It's okay" He whispered

Skor whinnied loudly and turned to trot away from the barn. He wasn't giving up completely, just for the time being

Karma let out a soft grunt, relaxing very little and lipping at his shirt, wanting to play with him. Missing his ever-lasting smile he used to always have. Then she gently tried to stand, knowing Will had wanted her to, she ended up half sitting up with her rump on the ground, but to her it was a start to let him hook her up to the sling to help her stand.
